Yes I believe so. I haven’t used a separate heat protecting product in the 8 weeks I’ve been using this and my hair has never looked better - I’m still using my hairdryer and straighteners, hope that helps.

No, it does leave hair feeling softer and look less damaged though xx

It doesn’t affect your colour

Yeah I use it on damp hair ends, comb through and dry with blow dryer.
