This little ball has been a source of great relief. Loosens and relaxes muscles. Love it!

Nice vibration, but it stopped working after just a few uses. I plugged back in and still did not work. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a day. when I dropped it in the trash it lit up, and I found I could get it to work by hitting on the table each time. The seller contacted me and are sending another one, even though I was out of the return window. The ball has strong vibration that reaches deep into the muscles. It is an excellent product offered by a responsible seller.

I can’t yet speak to the effectiveness or use of this massager because there is no visible hole to insert the charger into. The “directions” are useless. Update: YouTube showed me generally where to forcefully poke the charging end. Very weird to me. This ball has three vibration speeds. The lowest is very high and speeds increase from there. Now “low” in other words, to me anyways.

The ball worked great when we first got it. We had a physical therapist help us with how to use it and proper placement. The ball is solidly made so no matter if you're 100lbs or 250lbs, it wont break the outer shell. At about the 2 month mark it started to slow down and last shorter in-between charges till it finally stopped. . I did get a partial refund because the return was after the 30 day period. There should have been a 12 mo warranty, but I could not figure how to get a hold of the manufacturer or sellers to submit a claim. The rest of the reviews looked good, so It may have been a defective one. It would have been nice to have the sellers honor their warranty but all I got was Amazons representatives who seemingly could not help with the warranty claim.

This is an excellent massage ball for lots of areas! The seller was excellent, shipped earlier than I expected. I then had a question as to how it connected to the charger. The people who sold it, helped me figure that out (it is somewhat counterintuitive!) I could see where it was supposed to go in but there was no opening. But it somehow went in when I pressed the area and it is easy to charge! I am very happy with the overall size and quality of the ball--it is bigger and more effective than another one I have.
