Excellent quality
Excellent build quality, both on the materials of the shell and in the components. The HDMI video connector is truly fast, allows 2 screens and charging via the USB-C port.Excellent product, so far the best quality I found.

Works well on M4 MB Pro so far
Had the device a few days now. Works well with my MB Pro M4 Pro but the monitors are 4k but one runs at 60Hz and one at 30Hz when they go through this device. Not sure how to get it to both at 60Hz but even when I only have one in the device and one direct, it seems to be the 60Hz / 30Hz setup. Looks good though.None of the others dual HDMI work with both screens that cost about £10 - £25 quid that I could see as they only give single screen from the Mac M4 though they have dual HDMI ports. They work with Windows though dual screen but I have a Mac. Guessing this one has two single devices welded into one case and uses 2 x USB C ports.Note, nothing will not work with M1 or M2 processor models as they only support one screen unless you use display port devices. I tried the 4k HP dock, but the drivers don't give full 4k and I wanted 4k.This is expensive but works. Other option is to use HDMI slot in MB Pro and a single £15 USB C one (Will run at 30Hz on second screen). But wanted the desk dock with the minimum hassle.I am pretty sure you will be able to plug this into the new MB Air M4 and get dual screen. I have not tested that theory but I had one of them working with two separate USB C HDMI dongles and this seems to work the same way. It has a usb c slot in the back so you to can power the Mac Air through the device and charge as you use both USB C slots for the device.Hope that helps someone.

Poor Quality Product with Shockingly Poor Customer Service.
I brought this product 6 months ago, it has now stopped functioning fully. I contacted Satechi via Amazon they requested a video and photos so had to spend a lot of time and effort to create a video of the product not functioning just to find out that Amazon do not allow video uploads, Satechi then requested that the video is emailed to them again in their message Amazon strip out the email address so unable to email them the video. I believe Satechi knew what Amazon do and this was just a way of stopping the buyer sending a item back to them surly this was not the first item they are doing this. After wasting quite a lot of time they told me to post the fault unit back at my cost and inconvenience and also mentioned this will take some time to resolve!!! At this point I have given up. I would advise to avoid Satechi products as the customer service is extremely poor basically they are happy to sell you a product at a premium price but once it goes faulty they do not wont to know!! PLEASE AVOID there are plenty of other similar products at a fraction of the price at least if it goes faulty you can just buy another and not feel ripped off.

Great clean adapter
Great, clean adapter for connecting multiple displays to a Mac via the 2 USB-C ports.

Works, but not with out weird issues
First off, this does work. I am able to get my 13-inch, 2016 MacBook Pro to make use of both of my 4k monitors. But there are some oddities and some complete faults. Some of these maybe to do with OSX the other the adaptor.First off, some mornings I will turn on my machine, the adaptor has been plugged in all night & not moved since the day before. I have to go into system preferences & change the arrangement of my monitors. For some reason they just swap around, right on the left & left on the right. No idea why.Throughout the day when I am working sometimes one of the monitors will flash off & straight back on again showing a "unsupported" error. The desktop is completely usable in the background & this maybe something specific to my Lenovo monitors, but it is getting a signal it is not 100% pleased with. This will disappear at some point in the next 20mins.The USB-C connections are very loose & very sensitive. If I accidentally knock the draws my Macbook is on the slight movement is enough to dislodge one side of the connection & I loose display on one monitor, or it goes down to 800x600. But on occasion when I plug in back it my machine completely crashes and on turning it back on I get a Processor panic error. This is very annoying. I am putting up with it for now, as I havent found a better solution, but just make sure all your work is saved before you plug it back in!
