Have been using philips air purifiers for past few years . This time I thought of buying a different brand . Trusens is a decent purifier with good features and a neat design. Sensor is quite accurate ( see the attached pic) and is provided as a separate unit. Will update after using it for sometime!2 year review: Using it for more than 2 years now. So far no issues with the purifier or the sensor pod. Good quality Dupont filter and there is a marked difference in the air quality .During winter months, I prefer keeping the sensor pod near the bed and the purifier unit away from the bed at night.

Quite expensive for the features. Filter grade is lower H11 pr H12 and not a H13 Hepa Filter. Only Z3000 has H13 HEPA filter. Size of the filter is quite small. The remote AQI sensor is accurate and efficient. Good build quality and cleans a 250 sq ft room from a AQI of >100 in less than 20 mins to 15-20 AQI.

I bought it just before Diwali so that I could verify it's true potential. It has five modes namely - auto, whisper, 1,2 and turbo. The auto mode increases and decreases the fan speed in synchronisation with the sensor pod which automatically detects the pollution level in the room. I used the whisper mode while sleeping and it was quiet as a murmur. The turbo mode can bring down the air quality from over 250 to under 30 within 10 minutes with all doors and windows closed( tested on Diwali night with heavy smoky conditions ). Even a slightest change like entering the room from outside wearing clothes , burning of incense , smoke from cigarette etc will be well sensed by the sensor pod. It's clearly visible on the display of purifier and the fan speed increases immediately to bring down the AQI. It also removes some of my pet's hair. The UV bulb rests inside the filter system which regulates the built up of germs and kills them effectively.

I purchased a TruSens air purifier from this retailer through Amazon, and it has been a huge disappointment—not just the product but also the complete lack of customer support. The unit is not functioning properly, yet the retailer refuses to provide service, repeatedly insisting that it is “working fine” without any real troubleshooting or assistance.I have sent multiple emails explaining the issue, but they have been completely unhelpful and dismissive. It is incredibly frustrating to spend money on a product only to be ignored when it fails to perform as advertised. If you expect any kind of post-purchase support, stay far away from this retailer and think twice before buying a TruSens air purifier. Clearly, neither the brand nor the seller stands behind their product.Save yourself the hassle—buy from a reputable brand and seller that actually cares about their customers.

Elegant design and awesome performance . Worth every single penny . It clean your room and keep it healthy. Sensor quickly respond to dust and pollution in your room and purifier start it's work ... Keep it on auto mode so that as soon as it find pollution it goes on turbo mode and when air is clean it will automatically go on whisper mode .

Great product. Beautiful design with panel indicating air quality dances with air quality i.e. blue to orange to red quite smoothly as AQ decreases and touch panel is very smooth for setting as per requirement.Auto mode is available for self operation.1,2 & turbo are fan speed which can be set according to AQ.In auto mode when AQ is around 50 then no sound or very less sound but around AQ80 produces some sound until it reaches below 50. For AQ180 used turbo mode which produces fan sound which your ear can't ignore until it reaches below 50. Time taken to reach AQ180 to AQ50 is around 3min in turbo mode when all windows closed in around 300sqft. Night mode is available which switch off all light but operation continues.Very good thing about this product is sender which is seperate from purifier and indicates at purifier top when sensor is with in 15m range which can be used as AQI measuring devices at different location inclunding outside home by placing sensor in balcony or window. Overall good product.Review after use:-After using 2 month i have to say wastage of money for location like Delhi i used whole day in turbo mode when every thing is lock hardly reduces aqi in room so not helpful in location like Delhi.

Extremely good quality product with a great design. Sensor pod works effectively and the speciality filters which are available separately are a great value addition. Super premium product at a very competitive price..

Fabulous design and obseved good working capabilities with senser. Appriciate the builtin quality can feel the fresh air after switching on for some time. But my personal opinion not much use for Bangalore if his resident not in traffic or polluted area.. Price little high.
