Q: How does this compare in taste to your plain pearled couscous?

It basically tastes the same. I think the turmeric is more for color than taste. I have used both types and have even combined the 2 and didn't notice a change in taste. I am still experiencing with how to make it and what I season it with because I only recently discovered the pearl form through Hellofresh and different recipes tell you different ways of cooking it. Definitely needs some seasoning and some butter or a lite sauce.
