My optometrist recommended this product after noticing how unbelievably dry my eyes had gotten—something she picked up on right away during my eye exam (which was honestly a little embarrassing because it confirmed how much time I spend in front of screens!).I picked up the drops that same day, and they brought immediate relief. My eyes felt soothed almost instantly, and I started using them as part of my nightly routine before bed. It made a noticeable difference, and my eyes feel so much healthier and more comfortable now.If you’re struggling with dryness from too much screen time, these preservative-free drops are absolutely worth trying.

These are great! The bottle is a very different, but once you get used to that difference, they're just like using any other eye drop. I find that I need to use these far less than the ones I had previously. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with severe dry eye. Be sure to follow the instructions exactly to avoid wasting the medication.

Very helpful for dry eyes! I noticed a big improvement within just five minutes. However, if you use your eyes heavily for long periods, I still recommend taking regular breaks for the best results.

My eye doctor recommends only Refresh or one other eye drop and insists that I avoid all store brands. Preservative Free (PF) products are best if using the drops more than twice daily since the preservatives can actually cause irritation for some people.I tried drops from the two manufacturers and I find that these do by far the best job lubricating the eyes for a long period of time. The bottle has a special design to help keep the contents sterile. That design SOMETIMES causes a delay in producing the first drop for the first eye; that delay can be 3-4 seconds typically and sometimes more than 10 seconds. Subsequent drops for either eye will come out quickly.This is a clear solution. No shaking of the bottle required before dispensing drops. Before first use, of course, it must be primed by dispensing a drop onto a tissue or into the sink.Once opened, the bottle may be used for up to 90 days, after which the manufacturer says to discard it. I find that when using the drops two to three times daily the bottle lasts 2+ months.One other somewhat annoying aspect: Inside the cap there is a small white pad. When closed, I think this pad may help keep the bottle tip dry and clean. That pad has come loose in two different bottles after 6-8 weeks of use. I have not spoken with the manufacturer about this, but it seems best to discard the bottle once this pad comes loose unless you can push it back in place using the tip of the bottle.The bottle is a much "greener" (sustainable) product than the single-use plastic dispensers, although I keep some of those with me when away from home in case I need to re-wet my eyes.Overall, an excellent lubricating product despite the packaging flaws.
