Excellent Value
I just received this holster for my P365XL, and immediately I can tell it is an excellent value for the price. The fit and finish are excellent, I can see they polished all the edges of the kydex to be shiny and smooth, and it has that super satisfying *click* retention during holstering. Being that this holster is for a subcompact pistol, I appreciate that FDO minimized the amount of material they used for it -- there aren't any extra ledges or molding to cause discomfort, and all the edges of the holster sit flush with the edges of the pistol, perfectly measured. The only criticism I have is inherent to its design and is more of a personal preference than anything: this holster is not ride-height adjustable, and is designed to ride VERY low on the belt for excellent concealment (which it does). This doesn't leave much room between the belt line and the pistol grip, however, and makes it difficult to establish a full firing grip before drawing such a small pistol. It also causes my knuckle to smash into the "claw" during the draw stroke. It'll take some practice to overcome these things, but they aren't a deal breaker by any means. That being said, the holster arrived exactly as advertised and is overall a great quality kydex holster. Plus, it's almost impossible to beat the two day shipping compared to other holster maker's 4-6 week lead times. Definitely recommended.

Good quality for price
I added on a foam comfort pad and lowered the clip using the provided holes and I barely know it's there at times. I work in a parts department so I'm constantly bending and banging into things. This holster both protects my firearm and handles my clumsy abuse, while remaining somewhat comfortable. Most importantly its sturdy around the trigger so there's no chance of accidental discharge. My opinion, good quality for a good price

I like it so far! Good for appendix carry if you have a gut!
Got it for my Sig P365. Feels good so far! My favorite thing about this is the claw. It's the best claw I've had on any of my holsters. Retention is good, you can adjust it if you need to. My only gripe is that it rotates on my belt to the point where I can't draw. But, it could be that I need a thicker belt. I just have a $20 Walmart brand leather belt.

Nice holster with some common and minor issues.
Pretty nice holster, but I would like to see the pistol sit lower on my belt. I am pretty tough on stuff from crawling under houses and tractors and stuff and an option for a little deeper carry would be nice. The belt clip isn't very rigid. Once again I crawl under and into tight spaces and a more rigid clip would be nice.I trimmed mine to fit my regular p365. I knew going in I needed to do this and I didn't mind so that's a non issue. It did give me option to keep the muzzle end of the holster lower on my pants though. That will actually help from the holster from tipping out of my pants when I'm in a tight crawl space.

Great holster at a good price
First off, $50 or so for a holster seems unreal, but when you compare to other brands it’s actually quite cheap. The fit and finish for this is generally good, and the clip is quality although I wish there was an option to order loops from the same company.Retention is good and easily adjustable, and the cutout for optic seems to be well placed. The trigger guard completely covers the trigger without the possibility of anything getting in between gun and holster. The holster covers the mag release button half-way, although it provides plenty of buffer between the skin and the holster that you shouldn’t have any issue of your body coming in contact with the mag release, especially not enough to depress it in whatever position you carry.Good holster and I’m glad I tried it out!

Awesome Holster and Excellent Customer Service
I wore this holster almost every day for nearly 4 years. It is very comfortable and I love being able to adjust the angle/tension of the holster. It has been very kind to my p365xl finish as well. The gun still looks almost brand new, which means FDO uses very high-quality Kydex. But after almost 4 years, my holster started to develop a crack over the trigger guard. The holster still functions well, but I was worried about it. So I sent FDO a message through their website and Jake emailed me the next morning. I sent pictures of the crack on the holster and he sent me a brand new one. All in all, I had a replacement holster in 5 business days. The customer service was as good as it gets and I am now an FDO holster guy for life. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch quality holster with a lifetime warranty.

Best holster i ever purchased as a skinny man
I accidentally purchased this for the standard 365 instead of the xl and i have to say im glad i did, the standard 365 fits perfectly and i plan on getting the xl in the future so this will pull double duty. I am a rather slender man that has issues concealing firearms but this thing works like a charm. The claw goes under my belt and holds the grip closer to my stomach which is exactly what i have troubles concealing. The retention is above and boyond i feel like i could run a marathon without my firearm coming loose but i can still draw it easily. Comfort wise i am sitting down with it on right now writimg this review and i barely notice it. 10/10 would buy again

Perfect retention. Plenty of room for Red Dot.
This is my first appendix-carry IWB (1 o'clock). Retention is perfect. Clip holds my belt great. Holster doesn't come out when I draw. The "claw" is beneficial to keeping the grip flat, aids in concealing. IMO: Carrying at 1 o'clock: Pros: Easy to conceal, very fast access. Con: Hard to bend forward with a grip in your stomach. More towards 2 o'clock helps. I'm still getting used to this position, so your results may differ. Overall, this holster is really nice, and even better for the price.
