This light is perfect for my needs, which aren't usual. I spend most of my time in bed due to a medical condition and I watch a lot of TV. I have many remotes that I keep in a holder that is near the floor by my bed. At night my room is dark and I cannot see the remotes. With this light, when it's dark, as I reach towards the remotes it turns on and I can see the remotes perfectly. I originally used a battery powered light that didn't have the nighttime setting. It was constantly turning on and I had to replace the batteries every few weeks. With the BLS on the nighttime setting, it turns on less frequently and I can recharge it during the day when it isn't needed. At one point, movement stopped turning it on. So I read the instructions and charged it. It needed charging and as soon as it was charged, it worked perfectly. I registered it as per the instructions and now have a 30 month warranty. Another bonus is it mounts in a different way. You attach its magnetic base to a wall or cabinet by screws or an adhesive patch. Then you set the light on the cradle and it stays put unless you pick it up to use in an emergency. I also told a friend about it and she loves it too. I strongly recommend this light for its solid construction and ability to be used in many situations. I did have an issue needing to charge the light every three days. I wrote to BLS and they replied within a few hours. By the next day they had ordered a new light and sent me all the tracking information. They are a great company to deal with and I won't hesitate to purchase their products again.

I inittially bought this to use in a glass showcase. I do not have access to electricity near the showcase so a motion activated rechargeable light would be perfect or so I thought. Unfortunately when the light is placed behind the glass, it does not pickup motion. Nonetheless, I also needed a light for a small walk in closet in a c1920 house. It works very well in the closet application.

This light does exactly what it says it does - and at a fair price. I loved That the magnetic clamp was rounded, so I could rotate the bulb for the optimal lighting. And because it’s magnetic, it’s really easy to take down the bulb to recharge. And the motion sensors work great! The 200 lumens give me the light I need for my problem closet. Great purchase!

5 stars plus if the magnets work properly. I bought 7 of these as when they work they are outstanding. I have kept only 6 because the magnets on one light did not really seem strong enough to hold light in place - actually, it might be 2/7 lights that were great but I kept 1 with weaker magnets as it was in a tricky location.I put 1 in a closet and 3 under ledges above the bathroom and kitchen sinks so that late night visits for water get illuminated without turning on an over head light. Also put a few in the garage to make late night laundry trips safe and more energy efficient as no overhead light is needed 90% of time.

Love this light. Lights up a 10ft x 8ft storage shed and magnetically attaches to the medal framing allowing me to move the light around if needed.

Started out great, but device would not take a charge after 2 months. It would not work properly even when plugged in. Do not buy this. Same as many other reviews. New review: I did not ask for anything, but the company sent me a replacement lamp shortly after reading my negative review. That is obviously 5 star service. The new lamp works perfectly in the closet and far superior to the one I installed. If I am able to recharge this lamp I will be a very happy camper. So new 5 star review at this point.

at this point they work great but it"ll depend on how long they stay lit and how long they will take a charge

It gives good light. Was easy to install. I love the motion sensor feature.
