Quality and Value
Not sure why people are saying that the quality isn’t good. This thing is great. Yes, it takes a few people to assemble, but that itself speaks for how well this thing is designed to withstand conditions such as rain and wind. We had it up during a 20+ to 28 mph wind gust and it was sturdy. Seller was very accommodating on the urgency to replace missing parts. Suggestion; when buying this, buy it a month out to ensure you have all the parts. This will give you plenty of time to get the missing parts to you for the event. Bent poles happen due to shipping company smashing packages. Perhaps, it could use stronger protection in boxes to keep the poles from getting smashed. Overall, I give this a 5 star/ 5 star. Instructions wasn’t as detailed but it is very easy to figure it out, just use common sense. Got many compliments from an event that had 60-80 people attended. Worth the money, doesn’t feel cheap. Bags given to store all parts were impressively strong.

Practically lived in this
So we bought this in November 2021 while we were living in our camper while building. We wanted something temporary we could use to add more living space. First it was very easy to set up, but it takes a couple people to do so. This canopy is still standing in January 2024. The canvas is starting to become brittle and we have a couple tears in places, but overall it has held up against 40-60 mph winds, crazy thunderstorms, cold temperatures, hot temperatures. We used it as a living area, storage area, and an outdoor kitchen area. We added storm doors for easy entry and put a large tarp down for the floor for easy cleanup. It really got us through, as our building process took almost 2 years. It's pretty hard to heat, but it keeps the wind off. We opened the sides during the summer and added fans everywhere. The metal poles are still looking great and we are going to convert it to a rabbit colony cage and a chicken coop now that we are in the house.

30 day warranty and they send you defective materials bad company. Bad service don't buy
they sent us defective tiedown clamps 3 busted loose and off flew the roof. Roof ripped they wont send mnew roof the want to charge me for roof .They say 30 day warranty. This incident happened the very first night we put up the tent. 3 broken tie down clamps .The clamps were not tightened properly and slid a part. They did not crimp them write. I have pictures don't buy .It is also very difficult to put together make sure you have lots of muscle around. All of the tie downs are s clip and come off to easily they should be rings so they don't come off in the wind. Lets see if they do the right thing. If so I will retract this statement.

Replacement roof
We love this but this year we had it up for NYE and then had a bad wind storm before we could get it down. The roof ripped beyond repair. I am trying to find if there is a way to buy a replacement roof.

One year later
Very nice tent. Delivered as promised. Heavy duty. 1st time up took some time and effort to figure it out. 2nd time will be easier. Need 2 or more people to assemble. One year later, we have put up the tent 5 times now. It has more than paid for its self over renting. All is good. Very durable, no issues as some others have identified.

Beautiful tent but can’t be left up
The tent is beautiful but we had a quick storm come up and blew the top right off. Fortunately, we were able to release it from the ropes and Mother Nature helped us “remove” the top from the frame. Minimal ripping but we now know it can not withstand any wind. So up and right down it will need to go. We do live on a hill next to the mountains. We get pretty strong gusts. So if you’re protected such as in a neighborhood or city setting, you may be fine. I guess up here we will need the 15k tents for a more permanent option, or just build a pavilion.
