Excellent
Excellent for mild to moderate aches and pains. I have personally used it for lower back and joint aches. The liquid absorbed quickly and works just as fast almost on contact. It also has a soothing menthol smell.

Good for muscle soreness from activity
This is a liquid lineament with several application options. The scent doesn’t linger. The warming effect comes quickly.

Use. Wrap. Feel the pain melt away.
Years ago I had to order this from China in big batches and wait 6 weeks for it to arrive. This is the number one topical pain killer in China. It’s like Salonpas in liquid form. I recommend getting a little spray bottles from the drug store for 2 dollars. If you use a cotton ball to apply you waste it in the cotton. Also though it comes in a spray bottle it’s better value to just buy your own.

Pain subsides for a bit.
While the pain subsides for a bit it doesn’t go away. Not a panacea.

A "must" for active and athletic people!
This stuff is amazing. For years my family and I have used it on broken bones, sore muscles, back pain, sore knees and many other injuries (but NOT on open skin). It actually penetrates into your bones to promote healing faster. We use this bottle to refill our "applicator" bottle, which really just makes it easier to apply without wasting any of the precious liquid. It has a very strong camphor smell, but we love that. If I ever find I am running low, we immediately reorder! Never want to be without it!

Very effective
I have been using Zheng Gu Shui since 1980, when it was recommended by my Tai Chi instructor. It has been very effective for me with muscle, tendon, ligament or bone injuries and aches and pains throughout the body. I have used it frequently for neck and back and knee pain. I carry it with me when traveling for first aid for muscle aches and pains and strains.

Don't buy this this pain oil!
I bought 3 bottles of Zheng Go suhi-External Analgesic Lotion and I got stuck with them because I could not find my order paper to return it. One night I fell outside my home and I twisted my back, neck, and shoulder's..I immediatly put some of this oil on parts of my back, neck and shouder being careful not to rub it in...and I used it very sparingly. About 15 minutes later I started feeling very hot and I was hyperventilating and my blood pressure was zooming...I felt so sick that I called 911 and I was taken to the hospital and I was given all sorts of tests and ex-rays and they found NOTHING that would explain my blood pressure sky-rocketing out of control like that..and it lasted quite a while...the doctors at the OR said the only thing that could have caused that problem was that oil..I asked a pharmasist about my reaction and he said that that oil was too strong for me and that I used it on a large space on body. I bought it because I read a review on the internet that said it was great...BEWARE OF THESE REVIEWS...I HAD A TERRIBLE REACTION TO IT. I went to a chinese store and they told me that the white oil is the weakest, then the green is stonger, AND RED...THIS IS REAL STRONG! And RED is the color of this oil. And don't think that I am a first time user I have used chinese oils all my life..I just had never bought one over the internet before I always went to the Asian stores...and I had never been recommended a red oil either, they always recommended White Flower. It's dangerous sometimes to buy things over the internet...if I had bought the oil at the store I would've at least had someone to help pay the medical bills!BEWARE!
