Couldn't be happier
This water cooler checked off all of the important boxes (to me, and I think to most people).- Right out of the box, no weird plastic taste- Cooling and Heating temperatures seem ideal... hot enough to make a steaming travel mug of tea, cold enough to feel like it came from the fridge. I definitely don't need to add ice cubes like another review mentioned!- On/Off switches for both heating and cooling- Enough room between the spill catcher and spigot to easily fill something taller like a travel mug- Nice modern look- Has a drain outlet on the back so you can completely empty its reservoirs if you decide to clean/sanitize it internallyThe difference in the amount of water I drink with a water cooler in my office is amazing. I also drink less soda, even though I have some in the fridge right beneath my water cooler. I find using the flavor packets or flavor squirt bottles and nice cold water from the cooler keep me from desiring the soda as much.I don't think I have any real con's at this point. If I had to pick a nit, they made a point of noting somewhere on the box or in the papers that came with it that they're a US company; I was hoping that meant it was actually made in the US, but I believe it's just the company that is in the US, not the manufacturing. And, while it's not terribly important to the function of the product, the sheet metal they used for the wide walls is a hair flimsy, which is noticeable when you flip the heater/cooler switches on/off or pick it up by the hand grips as they are mounted in that sheet metal. As long as it lasts a decent number of years I'll be happy (I got ~7 out of my last one from a different brand, which was a hand me down), but I did buy a square trade extended warranty just to be safe since it was one of the more expensive brands/models and because the warranty wasn't crazy expensive like they sometimes are at Best Buy etc.

Wonderful
This was just what we needed. My husband likes cold water and I got tired of filling water bottles to put in the fridge. I love that we can make oatmeal with the hot water and my husband can get cold water on tap. The whole thing fits on the counter. You will want to get the water bottles with the stopper on the end. The tank does not hold much water at all and you WILL spill water all over if you have the water jugs without any anti-spill device.

Ridiculously Loud
It works well for hot and cold water but the vibration noise produced is unreasonably obnoxious

Excellent!!
Going on nearly a year of ownership and I have to say I really like this unit. We do not use the hot water feature as I personally feel that is what causes the leaking issue. (My personal opinion)Cold feature is ice cold though. We paired it with a zero water refillable water reservoir and it’s been great. Family uses it non stop, which is what I was hoping for.It was noisy as others have mentioned I figured out it was the metal plate that catches water spillage in the front. It was vibrating, and I just taped it to the unit, noise gone.

Perfect for apartment living!!
My town water is horrible!! When I first moved here, I thought I could use filters. Nope! The filters ran out much too quickly, resulting in really expensive water. I finally started getting bottled water, but transferring it into my fridge became a pain (I like my water cold). I looked at lots of dispensers, but I quickly concluded a full size might not do me any good if it started to leak, with downstairs neighbors! This looks good, has cold, hot, and cool water options for those who prefer room temperature. With its energy rating, I haven't notice a big hike in my electricity bill. Three cheers!

Much good, some bad.
The looks and performance of the dispenser is better than most, but there are some improvements needed. When you insert the bottle, it pokes the plug up into the jug, our last one didn't do that. So, if for ever reason, you had to temporarily remove it, water would gush everywhere. The "room temperature" selection is always as cold and the "cold" selection. Finally, the tray under the spouts is very difficult to remove and replace. Other than that, it is a quality unit and I love the push button vs pull down dispenser controls.Update-4/10/21 A little over a year old and the nub that pokes the plug, broke off while inserting a 5 gallon jug. It is plastic and cannot support the weight. I contacted the company, and while they got back to me right away, they refused to replace the screw on lid that contains the nub without charging me $28. I paid $144 for it and I see it is now priced at $99. Thsi is a engineering design issue, the nub should be metal and designed so it doesn't have to force the plug into the jug, it takes a lot of force and the whole unit shakes when it finally drops. We have had to turn in all out 5 gallon jugs for 3 gallon ones. Very dissapointed, because otherwise this is a nice appliance. A few tweaks and maybe they could sell a quality unit and go back to charging $144. Have to the top and for now it is working, but we hold our breath everytime we drop a jug of water onto it.

Great Cooler For Home
We drink A LOT of water in my house and I was so tired of filling the small filter pitchers for the fridge. This cooler works great and was super easy to set up. I love the smaller footprint and that I can keep it on my counter and save some floor space!

Great size but noisey
Love the size perfect for my petite pantry closet. Love how it sits on a counter, all features- instant hot and cold water work great but when it running (refrigeration to cool) it’s noisey! Fortunately I can shut the door!
