Excellent product at a great price

I genuinely thought I had a paralysed digestive system and felt so horrible all the time from it, even daily tasks were uncomfortable. Walking hurt, running hurt, I'd start the day a size 6 and end a size 10. My diet was already mainly veg, fruits, meats and unprocessed foods so I genuinely didn't get why it was the way it was and finally thought I'd give this a go too as a last resort because I was sick of having to rely on laxatives to feel normal!Three months down the line and I am happier than ever, everything is regular, no more weird bloating, and even just the feeling that things are back to normal have made my mental health so much better. I feel free, I can go on a run whenever I want to, I can go to the gym whenever, I no longer end the day with my trousers unbuttoned. My body is finally where I wanted it to be.

This was purchased for my son, who like the taste and was pleased with this purchase.

I've used a few brands over the years and this one is probably the best one yet. First it's a lot of husk for the money, so even used once or twice a day it should last you a good while. That said, I've found just using in the morning mixed with my cereal is enough for it to do it's job. It's a nice size grain not to powdery so it becomes gloopy or coarse so it's crunchy to the pallet. Taste is pretty well neutral, with no after taste. I can Def recommend this product and will buy again once I've used it all in about another 6 months LOL.

Similar to another brand but the best value at the time of purchase. I've bought another Nature Diet product and that was good too, despite the daft name. Psyllium husk is pretty expensive, given what it is, but if you want to top the Bristol Stool Chart it's a winner - at your 'convenience'. Taste is neutral and I now add 10g to a bowl of vegetable slaw just before eating; you would barely know it was there and I think the effect is enhanced, against chugging it on its own with water. Disastrous when added to hot soup: congealed lumps of gunge.

It is good to add to porridge and bakes for extra fibre

I recently purchased a bag of psyllium husk from Amazon, hoping to incorporate this fiber supplement into my daily diet for its well-known health benefits. Consuming sand, even in small quantities, could lead to digestive issues or worse. The fact that such a product is allowed to be sold on a reputable platform like Amazon is deeply concerning. It reflects poorly on the quality control measures of both the seller and Amazon's marketplace standards.I strongly urge potential buyers to steer clear of this product. There are numerous alternatives available that adhere to the quality and purity one would expect from a dietary supplement. As for the seller, I hope they address this grave issue immediately and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to experience what I did.To Amazon, I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to tighten your vetting process for sellers and products alike.
