Metra 72-4500 Speaker Connectors for GMC Vehicles

They fit nicely but I wired up my new speakers another way. So, no i didn't use them but am hanging on to them for next time.

Worked perfectly. Be aware that the spade connectors are somewhat unique sizes.

Plug and play with no issues at all.

Fit rear speaker 1997 chevy 1500 perfect

The harnesses are made from what appears to be good quality components and the wiring is correct with the polarity correct. Nicely done Metra.

Used to install aftermarket speakers and makes it easy plug on play to factory harness.

This is an excellent product that is built well and durable but they did not work with the Rockford fosgate speakers that I bought so I had to recrimp the connections to a different size to work with the speakers I bought. I give this product 5 stars for build quality and ease of use.i think Rockford fosgate should make their speaker terminals standard size like all the other speaker manufacturers instead of having the only odball size in the market.these connectors fit the rear deck speaker connectors in my 1990 olds toronado but they did not fit the front door speakers.

This was a plug and play harness right into my 1994 Chevy K1500, but the connections attaching to the speaker did not fit. This harness does not work with Rockford Fosgate speakers (without modification). I had to go to Radio Shack to buy the correct slip-on connectors. The correct size is 1/4" for positive, and 3/16" for negative. I'm sure this harness would work good with a different brand of speakers, but you can use Rockford Fosgate if you are willing to crimp the new connectors on yourself. This product works good aside from the inconvenience.
