I was using it to make a sheath and the knife is extremely sharp but the groover gets jammed quick but I use the flat dull part to mark overall I got my use and it did the job

These tools are great for the price, but quickly left me wanting for better tools. The skiving knife came very sharp, but quickly looses its edge. It can be brought back with a proper stoning/stroping, but I find it needs to be done after each use. But, that wasn’t honestly completely expected, given the price. I’d be surprised if it even has a heat treat.The edge beveler is about the same. It removes an edge, but tends to push the leather quite a bit as it cuts too, sometimes “jamming” instead of slicing through. But again, it gets the job done.I feel the groover was the least useful of the tools. It takes quite a bit of pressure before it will bite/cut the leather. But it too, will get the job done.All-in-all, if you want to just dip your toes into leather work, as I did, it will certainly let you do the things they’re made to do, and at a very affordable price. But if you continue to want to do more leatherwork, it probably won’t be long before you realize their shortcomings.

The leather groover does not do a consistent job. The edge is not sharp and it leaves a rough shallow groove. After the first couple of attempts I just threw it in the trash. Better to go with a quality more expensive one if you want your work to look good. The skiving knife works well. It did require some additional sharpening by me to cut well but it’s good quality for the price.

Got lost first time I ordered then I ordered it again got it this time the knife was extremely sharp witch was great but the tremer hole was stopped up with metal had to fix it and reshaped it but after all that it's ok

If you aren't looking for professional grade tools, you can easily pick these up and get started, knowing they'll get the job done. The Skiving knife was razor sharp out of the box, and the beveler and groover both work as expected.
