The first excavator we ordered broke during the first use. When we notified the company they sent a new one and we got it very quickly. It is doing amazing! Thank you for being so nice.

After playing at a park with one we knew we needed one for our two year old. My two year old son has really enjoyed this purchase. I love the versatility of it: sand or snow. We actually have ours inside right now and are using it with a small pool filled with dried corn. At two, he's a bit small for the device (and stands in front of the seat), but he picked up how to use the controls immediately.As far as construction, the handles/mechanics are made of a thinner metal, the seat/support are thicker metal, and the scooper and chair are plastic. The plastic scooper has held up for us so far, but I could see some materials being too hard or heavy for it.Overall, we are quite satisfied with our purchase. It was a great price, and we hope our son can continue using it year-round and for several years to come!

Great for kids 3 and under.

For the price it's fine. Bucket is plastic, wasn't impressed with that. Has a nice base on it. Easy for the 3 and 5 year old to use.

After one month, the metal about 5 inches below the seat just bent in half while my son was using it. He wasn't being too rough and we didn't exceed the weight limit. Very disappoint how how poorly it held up.I don't like to write bad reviews but I also don't like people to pay good money for a truly poorly built product

Wonderful toy digger/crane. Grandson plays with it by Sandbox moving it around and scooping as if he was a big rig worker.

I was disappointed with the over all size .It looked much bigger on the ad. It would have been better if the bucket were metal. The ad stated metal digger. The plastic probably won't very last long. The directions could have been better also. The base that the seat rest on looks like it could possibly break. There is only a thin washer holding it in place. The washer had a single tac weld holding it to the frame and that weld had a hole in it. I expected more for the price.

It's so great. I bought it for my son's 4th Birthday and he is in love with it, hasn't wanted to stop playing on it since he got on it. Works great the assembly direction we're a little confusing but we got it put together in less than 25 min.
