Pros: Affordable, Functional, Easy to InstallCons: Cover plate doesn’t sit flush on replacement partI bought this part for My ‘07 Accord, EX-L because, when I would turn the heat on, the passenger side vents would blow hot air, but on the driver side vents, cooler air would blow.The process is super easy, although a little uncomfortable because of the tight space under the steering column. It’s just 3 screws holding the actuator, and removing 2 bolts from a metal bar that gets in the way of removing the top screw on the actuator bracket.It works perfectly fine but my only concern was that, when you remove the bracket from the old actuator to put on the new one, the screws don’t go in all the way. What this means is that about there is a small space between the head of the screw and the bracket, which makes the bracket rattle around ever so slightly. I used a bit of tape to hold it down and it took care of that slight issue.Overall, it works great and for only $30, I think it’s worth a buy.

I had no problems installing it in my 2004 Honda Accord V6.

The part did not fit my car wasn’t even close to the part I needed even though it said it would fit my 03 Honda accord

Needed to mention that in my title because the description of the part said it only fits the 3.0L , but if you do your homework searching your car vin # on a Honda website you would see that it works with the 4 banger ex or EXL with dual climate controls !Another excellent product coming out of China that works better then the Denso part Honda uses that cost a lot more ! But yeah very happy with this product. , especially for those that think you would have issue with it because is not from Honda, that not true any longer ! Would recommend to other Accord owners.

Part on left of above picutre is out of the 2004 Honda Accord. Part on right from above picture is what was shipped to me from this order. After doing more research, you can only find the correct part by using your vehicles VIN number. I didn't know that when ordering this part so I am going to return it. The part was shipped and received super fast. Nicely packaged. Part looks to be decent quality. Currently waiting to see how CS will respond to return request.

Slightly difficult to install as the lower plastic pin is slightly larger diameter than the original metal pin. Tight fit but seems to be working correctly.

The old actuator had been broken for awhile and I was dreading replacing it but it ended up being about a 30 min job. This part was a perfect drop in replacement that is still working after 3 months. Great part no issues.

My AC was blowing hot air on the drivers side, so I ordered this part to replace my original blend door actuator. I noticed that the original actuator had one plastic peg and one (slightly smaller) metal peg to sit in the two blend door slots. This replacement part had two equally-sized plastic pegs (no metal peg). The replacement part I bought here would not fit in one of the blend door slots, so I ended up returning this actuator and buying a different from another listing. I looked specifically for one with a metal peg, and that one worked. See photos for comparison.
