I originally bought this fan for a camping trip, expecting a decent breeze, but what I got was genuinely surprising. This is, without a doubt, one of the best fans I've ever owned.I've looked at many higher-priced, name-brand fans, and it's hard to imagine them outperforming this one. Even on its lowest setting, it moves an impressive amount of air. It might actually be a bit much for a small child's room, but for an adult or anyone needing serious cooling, it's absolutely perfect. This fan delivers remarkable power and has become a go-to for staying comfortable.

I needed this in a hurry because our bedroom fan went down and we like to circulate the air to assist the air conditioning unit and this unit came very quickly and it's much quieter than the old one and it works fantastic. It's got various speeds and it sits nice and steady without vibration. Very high quality unit for a cheap price. My wife did a good job picking this out for us

The price is OK. Delivery was quick. But the fan is small. The fan blade is just 8” in diameter. It has no handle to lift it easily. The speed buttons are all black like the rest of the fan so it is hard to see what speed you are using. It does blow air around so it does the job.

We use a fan in our home for a white noise while we sleep. I have tried so many fans, but this one has the best noise, its not annoying. We have one in every room.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the power cord is short on this fan. It measures about 5ft but I think 7ft or 8ft would have been more appropriate. I have ordered a 3ft black single outlet extension cord to give it a more seamless look with the original power cord and more length to allow me to move the fan around.From a noise sensitive person: this is a quiet fan, even on the highest setting. It is exactly what I was hoping it to be. It's audible but it's a low-pitch, whirring sound produced by the blades moving air. It doesn't have a lot of vibration and has no clicking sounds on oscillation. If you want a significant amount of background noise to drown out other sounds, this might not be the fan for you. Comparing it to a couple of smaller portable usb fans that I have, this Pelonis fan is like a chill, relaxed dude - quieter and has a more pleasing sound whereas the other fans have kind of a metallic-y high-pitched crazy-business sound.This fan is not going to blow you away on the highest setting, but it's perfect for me because most of the time I actually find that annoying. It moves a good amount of air around; it's just not a turbo air blaster. If you live in a warmer climate than I do, you might need more. Right now it is hotter than usual summer temps in the high 90 -100 F and this fan is perfect for my already fairly cool basement apartment.You will likely have to assemble the fan yourself like others have mentioned in the reviews, unless that changes for some reason. It was fairly easy to follow the instructions and no tools were needed. Having to put it together yourself is kind of a drawback, but at least I know how the fan went together now and I can take it apart easily if I want to. It looks like it should be simple to clean with the front grill assembly just snapping apart at the bottom.While doing my comparison shopping, the retro metal table top fans looked prettier to me and I was willing to pay more money for that and for high quality hardware but after reading a ton of reviews, there were enough speaking to noise issues that I decided on this one instead. This fan is made of plastic but it has a clean and basic design that I like enough. I was surprised when putting the fan together that the base is mostly hollow/concave without a flat bottom all across. It does make it lighter in weight and I guess easier to move around, probably less expensive to make from a manufacturing perspective but I think a heavier base would make it more sturdy. However, it's not really flimsy and I don't think its going to fall over unless it gets knocked over.The other thing that I didn't prefer is that the fan was shipped in the product box with a picture and description of what it is for everyone to see. There should at least be an option for discreet packaging. Even though it's only a fan, I don't need people knowing what I ordered and there isn't really much packaging to prevent the fan from being damaged in transit.This is a review from someone who has only owned the fan for a few days so I cannot speak to the longevity and durability of it. Overall a good fan for the price ($30) and I am about to purchase another one so I can have one in each room.

I have to have a box fan to sleep and I usually only cut it on medium when I sleep because this thing is powerful. I cut it on low when I’m just sitting in my room hot. This thing is loud so just know that but I like it

Initially, I was quite impressed with the fans, particularly in terms of their power and volume. When I first started using them, they delivered a strong and satisfying airflow that filled the room, making them a great addition to my space. I found myself consistently relying on one of the fans for daily use, while the other one was reserved for occasional needs, such as when I had guests over or during particularly hot days.However, after extended periods of use, I began to notice a significant decline in their performance. While they still produce a considerable amount of noise—perhaps even louder than when I first purchased them—the airflow they generate has become disappointingly limited. It’s frustrating to realize that you can only feel the air if you place your hand directly in front of the fans. Beyond that narrow range, the airflow is weak and fails to provide the cooling effect I had hoped for.This has led to a growing sense of dissatisfaction, as the fans have not lived up to my expectations. The excessive noise they produce is not only distracting but also counterproductive, especially when I’m trying to relax or concentrate. The combination of being overly loud and ineffective has made me question the value of my investment in these fans.On a positive note, I do appreciate the adjustable feet that allow for easy placement in windows, which is a thoughtful feature. However, this small benefit does little to offset the drawbacks I’ve encountered. The inadequate airflow, coupled with the high noise level and the absence of a top handle for easy transport, has left me regretting my decision to purchase these fans. I had hoped for a reliable cooling solution, but instead, I find myself dealing with a product that falls short in several key areas.

I have had this fan since March 2021… over 4 years…this fan has survived more with a dog and a toddler than most marriages do. Buy the fan. I am thinking of getting another since our central air is not doing so hot.
