I have been looking for a replacement for my LG TV LG 49SJ800V for over a year, bought 3 different ones that worked a bit but not like the original, LG don't make one now but I seen something similar for £55 but where sold out, another one was £85 was going to get it, I came across this one, looked like the original, was pleasantly surprised when It worked, the mouse function as well. The photo shows the old remote slight differences but works just as good.Brilliant I am tempted to buy a spare, works perfectly with my model of tv a 49 inch 2018 model. LG 49SJ800V

It works fine with my tv, only got it as a replacement after the last one broke after 4 years of use (and abuse from my younger brother). i’m not personally a fan of the motion pointer but you don't have to use it. It’s a bit overpriced but thats what you get when you buy the name brand option. Only get this if you broke the old one accidentally and couldn’t fix it and needed to replace it (a friends experience TOTALLY not mine)

This is an excellent replacement/upgrade remote. Unfortunately this is compatible with older model LG TVs and although it worked for basic function on my new TV it did not work for the pointer or voice and when I tried to register it with my TV I kept getting the message that it was not recognised.Fortunately I was able to return it for a minimal postage fee and received a refund the next day, which was prompter than necessary from a marketplace seller. I now have a compatible Magic Remote, it is well worth the upgrade if your TV came with a basic remote.

Seeing the reviews from others and the return beware I bought this with low expectations, however the product arrived in a LG box with instructions. Checking the remote to my original it is exactly same, including the information inside the remote where batteries go.Easy to set up and worked instantly.Glad to have a working remote once more!

Terrible. Nowhere near as responsive as the original one. Even with brand new batteries (tried multiple different packs just to make sure) sometimes it will require 10 pushes of a button to react. Sometimes one press of a button will lead to double and triple action on the TV (like you click to the right on the wheel of the remote once and the menu on the TV jumps two steps or three). Sometimes it doesn't react at all for about 30 seconds as if it had fallen asleep. Pretty much useless.

Really good value for money. Does what is supposed to do. Really quick delivery item well box and it’s an original piece absolutely what I just needed would definitely recommend.
