Mild citrus flavor, probably sweet lime.
I've never had a sweet lime, so don't know how much like sweet lime it tastes.Some batches are labeled lemon, but the flavor is definitely not lemon. Their lime essence tastes a lot more like lemon than this does.It has a little carmine, which is a red dye made from a kind of beetle. But it's actually an intense green color.
