World Of Hans Zimmer: A Symphonic Celebration

Han Zimmer IMHO, scores movies the best. This vinyl collection has a ton of great movie soundtracks that are not available elsewhere. This is a must have for any fan. This set is 3 discs and there’s a part 2 with 5 more discs.

I mainly bought this because I wanted the live version of the Da Vinci Code, Pirates of The Caribbean, Gladiator, The Lion King and Inception - that's the music I know and love.The other tracks are ones I never played much attention to but upon hearing them on this album, I'm a fan.This also could have easily been a longer album. At Zimmer's live performances a couple of years ago, there was other great music, like Rain Man, Man of Steel, Wonder Woman, Driving Miss Daisy, A Thin Red Line... As much as I would like to hear live versions of those, this album packs plenty of great music.

The album itself is great....what is not so great is that to access the mp3 you need to be online which uses up your data if you are on a phone. I would not have bought this if I knew this since I am on a limited data plan and wanted to access this in my car. Disappointing!

first track was defected and full of scratches and it was the dark knight track unfortunately. the album sleeve was dented and bended.

I’ve been watching this concert on YouTube, I don’t know how many times now. This is a must have for any Hans Zimmer fan. Sound quality is good. Just what you expect from a vinyl.
