It's Cuisinart.....always a great purchase
Needed a soup pot and this is the right size.....not too big, not too small. Well made. Have used several times and happy with it....as to weight as well. I use on a glass top stove and it's fine.

Five years in, a solid purchase
We have had this one for 5 years. It has held up great. We only hand wash the pot. We put the lid in the dishwasher, bottom rack no problem. We use it once or twice a week. Photo shows that it's still looking good.

Durable Pot
I was expecting a cheaply made pot. I was surprised that it was very durable. It is a great stock pot.

Nice big 8 quart stock pot and easy to clean
I would like to start out by saying this is a very nice stockpot however I feel it’s a little over priced. I think $39.95 would’ve been sufficient. i’ve noticed a lot of people saying the lids are bad and they don’t fit right.Well I believe the problem here isn’t necessarily the lid,,,these pans are thick enough but only just barely,,,don’t go crazy with the heat and you should be all right,,,how ever my pan came out of the box with a lid that didn’t fit and I got to examining it closely and realized the sidewalls of the pan itself were bent ever so slightly so I grabbed a dish towel and put a dish towel over the edge of the counter and put the stockpot sidewall near the top up against that and very gently Belly Bopped that a few times,,,trial and error here folks,,, a bop here a bop there and then the lid fit perfect. I washed it dried it and then used this pan about a week later to make Pasta nothing scorched👍 and I used a wooden spoon. I understand you could use metal utensils however I would warn against that. I believe plastic and wood will help keep the nonstick surface intact longer.Overall the pan yielded very good results and when I was finished cleanup was very easy. I’m satisfied with this pan however I’ll have to use it a while to know for sure only time will tell if the nonstick surface holds up or not. my next test will be chili,,, after I’ve used this pan for a while I’ll try to come back and give an honest update of my experience using it.

Cuisinart High Quality
The size is perfect-have replaced all of my previous cookware with Cuisinart's Hard-Anodized. I use my 5-quart stockpot quite frequently, but every once in a while I need something a little bit bigger-for corn on the cob, fresh cauliflower, broccoli or large stews/soups. Even if I don't fill them-the larger size allows for proper stirring without spill-over. Very easy to clean and heats quickly and evenly. VERY SATISFIED!!

High Quality and excellent performance.
I had the same one for over 20 years...used it to death. Was so happy that Cusinart had the same model and material with just a tiny design update in the handles and cover. Washes easily and is dishwasher safe. Some people complain about the exterior dulling slightly when cleaned in dishwasher. It does. But I personally care more about the performance of the interior which is excellent!! My friend took my old one because she always liked it. So it's not dead yet and it may be around another 20 years! I would recommend this product.
