These work great! I tried 10 different types of foot pads and these by far are the best, they don't slip, don't hurt my toes and provide the right amount of cushion. Highly recommend!

These created to much thickness from bottom to top of foot in the shoe so new hot spots when hiking. If able to have looser shoe would work better. Liked the bunion pads better.

I wear a size US Men's 12.The bottom line is that they work.The silicone stretches just fine and fits pretty well. It stays in place in my socks and doesn't move. Learning how to get them in the right place can take some trial and error, but once you do, they work pretty well and they helped with my pain.One of my bigger issues with it is that the silicone doesn't breathe the best. With these on and working a normal 8 hour shift + 30min travel each way, taking them off, my skin was a little pale from not being able to breathe. It was within acceptable limits though. But one day I got stuck working a double with these on. When I got home from that shift, my skin was very pale. My skin was noticably unable to breathe through the skin and had formed rashes in a couple places under the silicone on the top of my foot. So that really wasn't the greatest.In the end, great within normal limits, but not so great outside them.

I have a callus on the bottom of my right foot that causes me pain when on my feet for too long or constant friction from the shoe. And since I wear one 10hrs/day, 4 days/week, & have had no soreness pain on that callus. It did rip in between the toes where it connects, but it still stays in place under my socks. Easy to clean & super comfortable.

The sleeve doesn't work unless it is held in place by a thin web of material between the big and second toes. This material has ripped after 2 or three wearings on every pad I bought. Although I have gnarly feet, this is a weakness in the design in my view...... the overall design concept works for me to relieve pain and the balance of the material wears well......but I would buy again only if the design were improved. For now I am using an all spandex alternative from a competitor which so far has stayed together. I wear for normal walking of the dogs.....no marathons or long hikes in the mountains...typical daily activity.

The Meta pad relieved pain from an inflamed tendon from my big toe. I wore it daily, washing and drying it each night, and not wearing it a night. But, the product caused a rash on all of the skin areas it touched, so I had to discontinue use. Disappointed.

I am size 8.5 wide in women's, and these were way too narrow for me. I like the thick cushiony material, and the idea in general, hence three starts instead of one (one star for the idea, one for the thickness of the material), but these did not work for me. They would work for someone with narrow feet. I wish they were available in different sizes, a larger size might work. I also would prefer a longer sleeve to go more up the foot, both on top of the foot and at the bottom. These were too narrow in both directions. The feet they have in the photos must be women's size 5 or so.
