HP LaserJet Enterprise M610dn Monochrome Printer with built-in Ethernet & 2-sided printing (7PS82A), White

I had an older version for 8 years. When it was broken in a move, I purchased a high end all in one printer. Mistake!! I should have gone with the HP single function printer first. After much trouble with connectivity and exceptionally confusing all in one functions I returned it to Amazon after determining that it would not work when directly connected to the computer with a RJ45 cable. This HP is everything that it proports to be.I knew, but was reminded that, even though it is more costly and takes up more space, you are much better off with a single function machine whether it is a printer, scanner, copier of FAX.

The product arrived USED, broken, without toner, without the packing tape to secure the drawers panels etc. Being defective, and unable to print a single page, (After we ordered toner) we contacted HP for warranty support. HP notified us it is still under warranty till January 2023. We bought it in November. So it is used and the seller charged almost $1,400 for this used product. When I filed for a refund, the seller charged over $500 for a restock fee.

We had this printer less than a year and we think now it has a bad EMMC. After troubleshooting for 2 hours we think that is the issue but not sure. It was also giving hard drive errors. Regardless, we have had better success with comparable Lexmark Printers and would not recommend the HP.HP has really went down hill over the last 20 years

Unpacking and set-up was not difficult. Within a day of starting to use it we encountered a "13.B2.FF Fuser Area jam". That caused the printer not to work. We turned it off and on and it ran for about 100 pages and gave the error again. This happened 3 or 4 times. Each time we turned it off and on again. It has been printing since without a problem. I guess it just needed to settle in to its' new home.

Used for two weeks had a paperjam and now has error code can't get resolved like a major diffuser problem.How that?

HP LJ M610dn printer defective on arrival. Persistent jams in the Fuser Assy. Unable to get a single page to print successfully. RMA / Credit process is also AWFULL. Printer shipped back via UPS (RMA) on 5-14-21. Received by Amazon on 5-21-21. It's now 6-9-21 and still no credit for the return of the printer. Amazon is very quick at billing you and collecting their money, but pretty SLOWWWWW at issuing credits. Guess that's how you grow to be a Multi-Billion dollar corporation. Play the float and use other peoples money to help finance your business operations. Hopefully my $1,018 refund will be returned soon.

The economy not achieved by ability to use high capacity cartridges takes a hit. It doesn't help the shopper to see the 147A and 147X combined as suggested purchases for this unit. Amazon should fix that. I confirmed with HP that only the 147A is compatible with the m610 including M610dn.
