I don’t like giving my kids Tylenol especially with any artificial dyes. But if I absolutely need to -this is nice to have acetaminophen that’s on the cleaner side. Both my toddlers take this no problem. My oldest says it tastes good for medicine

As a parent, I love that Genexa Pain & Fever has clean ingredients without all the unnecessary fillers. We switched from other brands after realizing what was really in them, and Genexa works just as well to reduce fever and pain—without the junk.This is a must have in our medicine cabinet. Love how clean the ingredients are, no artificial colors, works wonders for pain relief and fever, I was a little bit hesitant thinking it was not going to act fast, but I was surprisingly impressed by how well it worked out. I bought it for my six years old.

Great OTC for my kids love that there isn’t a lot of yuck in the ingredients. You need to shake up the bottle to mix the ingredients, so don’t be afraid of the settled part that happens when time has passed between uses.

I love Genexa products because they don't have all the fillers that usual brands do, but have the "active" ingredients to treat the symptoms. I feel much more comfortable using this, versus Tylenol or other brands where useless ingredients are put in. If I'm not mistaken, I believe that the makers of Genexa are parents, who care about natural ingredients and not the chemical fillers that most brands use. Very important!

Excellent product HOWEVER I Just bought IT AGAIN and the expiration date is 09/25. Why is this medication even being sold with a sooner expiration date. It should be mentioned!! And now I cannot return.
