If you are looking for a headset with boom detachable mic then this is very good option.Sound quality is goodNoice cancellation at best (for hissing and snoring voice, running fan noice, it's working good)Even have a mix turn on and off switch so that you do not have to mute your self from any application while in a meeting.Drawbacks: if it has bluetooth facility then might be good for handsfree use. This product comes with approx 1 meter 3.5mm jack cable which ristricts us to move freely while connected with laptop or TV

Manufacturing Defect & NonHonouring Service Centers
Had a very bad experience with this JBL product. Better avoid JBL as JBL does not honor the warranty claims.The device stopped working in 5 months even if the used it with care but service center rejected saying the jack is damaged. The jack has a curved design and social media has many cases due to the damage of the jack.Decided to avoid any JBL products in future.

Good headphones,but only for normal Gamers not serious gamers
Ok so my experience with jbl headphones is bad,when I ordered it,and when I got it mic WAS NOT working.even AFTER so many attempts it wasn't working.but the quality was good but sometimes the audio would stutter a bit and the voice would change from the left to the right.adtdr ONE YEAR of use,the headphones work fine,but I been a mic so i have to get a new pair of headphones

Balanced audio
If you looking for non professional headphones with evenly balanced frequencies this is good one.Durable materials, anyone can use it for years without damages. Shirt wire unlike sennheiser.That this price point 👍🏻

A little sharp and little muddy
This has been compared with hd560s and arctis pro wired and nova 1. Build quality seems ok, the pads can get warm after 30 minutes to one hour, fitting is a little tighter and bass is weak and overall audio quality is muddy, soundstage is decent though but overall treble oriented audio
