So much good information!
Love this book. Not only does it tie in the emotional cause of physical ailments but it also gives guided affirming exercises to help resolve and release that stored emotion.

Must have book for healing
This is an amazing book, a game changer! I don’t agree with any review that says it is hard to find the information you are looking for, there is an index in the back which will point you in the right direction. If you have found your way to this book it is a true blessing, if it finds its way to you through a friend that person has given you a precious gift. This should be on every persons shelf as a guide to elevate your health, make you aware of the dis-ease that your body is experiencing and what emotions may be triggering the discomfort, and what shifts you can make to move past the problems and forward to the place of letting back in the inherent love that is at the core of your being.

Very Helpful
I believe 90% of our physical issues are based in stuck emotions and unreleased trauma within the brain. The other 10% are true medical ailments. This book really helps me see areas in my life where my physical issues could be part of a bigger more emotional thing. Highly recommend!

Love it!
This book has brought a lot of clarity to different day to day ailments as well as some serious ones. It’s been my new go to whenever anything occurs within my body that feels off. Great self help tool.

Difficult to Use
This book is very difficult to use. The index lists out all the diseases included in it, but doesn't give you page numbers where to find them. The table of contents also doesn't provide page numbers. You have to look up the disease alphabetically. It's even more frustrating when you finally find the disease you're looking for and it tells you that you must look it up under something else, again, with no page numbers. For example, I looked up Anemia and it said see: Blood - Anemia (no page numbers).I also don't believe the authors fully understand what each disease they have listed is or what they entail, which makes it hard for me to fully trust this book. For example, Agoraphobia describes it as a fear of crowds, when in fact it is a fear of situations where escape may be difficult. Yes, this includes crowds for some people, but actually encompasses so much more than that. This book only focuses on the fear of crowds and isn't helpful if your diagnosis includes anything but crowds.
