I like this product.It has a good taste and helps with hydration.When it first is put into the water you have to mix it well or you could get clumps.

Shipment was SEVERAL days late (tracking showed it travelled from IA to IL to MA & finally came W to me in NE).But I love the product. Very effective for rehydrating. Taste is mild (not repulsive less like Pixie Stix).

OK (bit of a baking soda aftertaste)
Not as tasty as the other brand I was using (it was sold out). This has a sodium bicarbonate aftertaste and costs just as much. However, after a month of using it, it has grown on me so I am adding a star.

Dislike flavor and sweetness
I prefer unflavored and unsweetened electrolytes, just the natural salt flavor. I am diluting this 3x the recommended 16 ounces to mask the unnatural sweetness and flavor. The value is good, and I like the brand. If they decide to make an unflavored & unsweetened option, I'll definitely purchase.
