This cleaner does a great job & drying time is fast, after the dirty water has been vacuumed away.
Not sure why I didn’t buy one of these sooner. I like to think that my hardwood floors are always ‘clean’. I used to think they were until I used this floor cleaner! When I saw it the waste water after doing just one room, I could not believe my eyes. The water was proof that I was not getting my floors as clean as I thought I had been. Now has become a weekly task, and also much easier, to have VERY clean floors.

Love it so much! I picks up everything and my hair doesn’t tangle the brush
I have long black hair that always gets tangle in my previous vac. With this one it doesn’t get caught in the brush like it did the other. Most of it goes straight into the dust container. Love the steering, super flexible and easy on the wrists. So much more power than the cordless vac and picks up way more!! I used to vac every week with my cordless vac but 5 minutes with this thing made all that look like nothing. Only thing I’d need to adjust is the ability to vacuum the rugs. It’s so strong even when it’s on the portable setting, my rugs still gets disarray. It’s a little on the heavy size but nothing like the older vacs and much more convenient than the two separate piece vacs. It was pretty easy to assemble. The instructions were very easy to read. Ai was able to buy a ‘used’ or ‘cosmetically’ damaged one but it was only an opened box and the product was just repackaged poorly and it might be missing an attachment or two but not like I was going to use them anyways so I got a good deal… still… it’s worth the full price. I would pay full price if I were to get this again because it’s that worth it.

Earbuds a mus
Cleans well easy to maneuver but does have a high pitch whine while vacuuming which is annoying. Earplugs would help with this or good quality earbuds.

Easy to assemble and use, light weight
I bought this to replace my Dyson stick vac, and so far, it’s been a solid choice. My 12-year-old grandson easily assembled it, which was a plus. The suction is strong and has picked up dirt that my Dyson missed. I also like that it’s lightweight and fairly compact. The only downside is the smaller canister, so I have to empty it more often than I did with my Dyson. Overall, it's a great vacuum!

Suction
Works amazing for pet hair, and is light weight to carry up and down my steps.

Essential for fluffy dog househoulds!
This replaced my last Bissell that I used for 13 years. I love the small head that swivels - I was worried that it would make control too loose and make me work harder - but it does not.The lights on the front really show when I need to keep vacuuming, making all corners of rooms cleaner than with my old vacuum. The sucking power is truly phenomenal even through the extension hose - my sliding door and window tracks have never looked better. I l thought my old vacuum was doing great up until it died since it was filling up with dog fur and dirt....but the first 2 times with the new vacuum sucked up so much more that the old vacuum had apparently been leaving behind. Now I really feel confident that my carpeted floors are truly getting cleaned - and the rooms even smell better! In between weekly vacuuming I no longer get dog fur picked up on my socks.

Dead after 8 months
We bought this vacuum for $195.68 on November 4, 2023. We only used it occasionally in our smallish 1,900 sqft townhome, most of which is hardwood floors. A couple weeks ago it started to vibrate quite a bit and just today (July 12, 2024) it flat out quit. I opened up the bottom panel on the vacuum head and as you can see the "felt" bearing(s) on the non-drive side is completely burned up and missing. I can't believe they don't even put real bearings in these things anymore. I thought that this being a "pet" vacuum and also being quite a bit more expensive than your typical vacuum ($100 -$150), it would last for a while and be a bit more robust. Note that we do not have any pets indoor or outdoor in our home, so the amount of hair is not extreme by any means. The previous vacuum I owned had a similar failure but it was about 10 years of heavy use (small kids back then, most are moved out now) before it finally just "fell apart". That other vacuum was a $130 Hoover. I guess they don't make 'em like they used to.This vacuum is honestly very cheaply made, I can see why the price is now much lower than about 8 months ago when I purchased it. I'm hoping it is still under some kind of warranty, it has been less than a year of very light use, unbelievable.

The roller brush can be turned off
The main reason I bought this was for the roller brush. I have high quality rugs that require gentle vacuuming. Being able to turn it off sold me. It's a little heavy (in my opinion) for its size. The smooth pivot left or right made it easy to get around furniture. It's cushioned nicely in the front and sides. It picked up an amazing amount of loose fibers during my initial unrolling of my rug. I can't vouch for the pet hair feature but it runs off suction rather then electricity. The instructions for taking apart the various dirt canister parts, cleaning and reassembling them are common sense easy. The power cord is attached at the very bottom of the unit. If dropped you have to bend down to pick it up. I fed it through the loop at the top of the handle-problem solved. The one con: the sliding switch to select the carpet height doesn't have much range. I set it to low pile for my rugs which have the pile of regular carpet and found it almost impossible to push. I slid it to high pile and held it at a low angle this made it glide much smoother. I'm very happy with my purchase and I'd buy it again. One more comment. Bissell, if your description had mentioned the roller brush feature I'd have selected your product in a heart beat instead of reading through a dozen descriptions of other manufacturers.
