Compact and great price
Really versatile and handy. You better be in good shape to move this thing around when its time, heavy. Not as wobbly as most ladders but over all a good product. Stores away excellent and takes no room at all to do so.

Works
UPDATE: the vendor contacted me and sent the missing pieces, so giving back the star for that. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The ladder is fine, a little unstable so you need to move slow while using it. This is one star less. The main reason for the other - start is that this needs 2 screws, and they send one with the wrong size. Not enough to return it, but now I need to find this missing part on my own.

High Quality Product, great value for the $$
Bought this to use to access a storage loft we have. Great quality product, well made and sturdy. Easy to move around and takes up minimal storage space in a closet. Extends and contracts easily as well. Highly recommend this product as it would also serve as a great 'escape' ladder if a houses fire necessitated emergency exit from an upper storey. Well worth the money. Arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Not secure and very unwieldy
I have used an aluminum telescopic ladder before but just not an A frame one. This was not only heavy and unwieldy but impossible to really tell if rungs are secure. Really difficult to put up. Wasn’t a challenge bringing it down and it did fold up pretty compact for that large of a ladder. I didn’t feel comfortable going up it after I thought I’d pulled up a rung all the way to find out after I got off the ladder it hadn’t been secured.

Some assembly required, not all parts present
The short of the shortcomings: package and ladder damaged (cosmetically), bolt missing, some assembly required.Details:I just received the ladder and it seems pretty sturdy and looks as advertised. I’m not too broken up about the cosmetic damage to one of the warning panels but if I order a new product I’d like it to be in new condition when I get it.There is a set of feet on a wider cross bar that needs to be installed. There were still plastic tabs from the injection molding in the area where the bar is to be installed. There was a bolt and nut zip tied to the cross bar and a nut roaming free inside the plastic bag lining the box but no sign of the other bolt. Conclusion:Seems pretty sturdy, but I’m not a fan of having to run to the local home center to get a bolt to make this thing safe to use. I’ll update this as I get to know the ladder better.

Sturdy, large rungs, PURCHASE NOW!
This ladder certainly blew my expectations out of the water. I promise my purchases it due to the fact that it becomes so compact, as opposed to regular ladders that just take up so much space when not in use.I semi-expected the rungs to hurt my feet when standing on the ladder - but they are wide enough that I could stand comfortably on them for a few minutes. The other thing I was nervous about was the fact that there was no middle stability bar. I thought to myself, “This thing is going to be wobbly AF.” And the fact that I’m scared of heights - we’re talking ~4 feet makes me a little anxious. But the ladder was so sturdy and never altered.I live in a townhouse complex and all the units have abnormally tall ceilings, which are gorgeous, but when you have to change a light bulb, paint the ceiling, or hang anything up on the wall it becomes very unsafe to have a small step stool stacked on chairs and desks and countertops. A few of my neighbors have seen us up on the ladder while we installed hanging garage storage shelves and they all want one now too!Overall would definitely recommend. Worth every penny.

This is a really good ladder.
I bought this ladder because I do wildlife bird rescue. For the use though, if I bought another. I would probably get one that is straight rather than the A frame bend as I use it to go in trees, etc.Pros: I can fit it behind my seat in the cab of my truck. Able to get high up.Cons: Small learning curve on folding up but once you get it, it is decently easy to do. Mixture of how you balance the weight of each side as you compact the ladder down.
