Kotobukiya DC Comics Arkham Knight Batman Video Game ArtFX+ Statue

Really surprised by this statue, the moment I unboxed it I couldn't believe how clean the detailing on it was. The diorama took me about an hour or so to put together. It is very easy to construct and you can be creative with all of the pieces included and make the scene in different ways. I bought this to pair with my iron studios arkham knight Batgirl 1/10 scale and they look perfect together. My only negative on this statue is the pillar/base used to hold Batman down is not the greatest but the inside is hollow and you can weigh it down if your paranoid about it tipping over like I was. Otherwise this is excellent and for its current price I definitely recommend it.

(I bought both the batman and arkham knight statues) The look of the statues are very nice and very accurate to the games, only part I even felt a little off about was the color of batman's skin on the exposed part of his cowl but hardly noticeable. However putting the whole thing together took me forever. That's not how it will go for everyone because I'm sure you could just follow the instructions and end up with something nice as well but I spent LITERALLY hours (6 hours minimum) setting this up. Now I am an OCD freak who tried a bunch of different ways to set it up trying to find what I liked best, attempting perfection, and I ran into many problems with some of my ideas. The whole thing is a little Janky if you set it up im certain ways but you could definitely make a pretty perfect statue if you went basic with it. You will probably have a ton of extra pieces that you won't need so don't feel too overwhelmed but there are some pieces I wish I had more of, particularly the window pieces and grate pieces. I had ideas I couldn't do without more of those and even considered rebuying the statues for extras of those pieces, but we could just chalk that up to me being more unpredictable and wild than they thought people would try and get with the construction of these statues. However I was still able to come up with different ideas that I like, which I have shown in my pictures. And I think the default ways they advertise these set up also will probably look really good if you just did it that way. I think the pieces you use to build are larger than they look in the pictures, but it's all just about how you'd expect from the advertisement. So overall while I think if you get creative with it you may run into problems, the statues are amazing and you can make some awesome different variants.

The detail is incredible in this piece, and the action pose makes it hard to decide which direction to turn it for viewing. The only downfall are the directions for the diarama. Other than that, I would recommend this work of art to anyone, one of my favorite pieces!

Best piece hands down. I was shocked to see it was over 70% off when I bought it but after getting it, setting it up (four or five times before I decided on the best background), I would pay full price for this. The modular create-your-own set piece is freakin awesome and easy to do, yet still looks extremely professional and high end. Great piece by kotobukiya (as always)

A GREAT PURCHASE

Product is stunning! Every detail is amazing and it is a great statue/piece of art. It was a little tedious assembling it but it was worth it.

The Batman looks really good. Cape is a bit regular but the concept of the build the surroundings is pretty cool. Know I just need the Joker.
