Not the plants chosen. Smaller than expected. Wish I could have named the desired plants. However they were well packed and arrived safelyIn future could I have the choice?

After a very long wait (over 2 weeks) my plants finally arrived. All 6 were caked in soil and needed a good wash, but in perfect condition. None of the plats came in advertised 9cm pots. Five were in 7cm ones, and one in even smaller one. Also only few of them had plant passports, which is annoying as order doesn't specify what plant exactly you are going to get. However if you are willing to forgot all those issues the real plants are lovely and worth your money.

Packaging and delivery was better than I had expected - there was some soil in the box but all plants were in tact and came within about 3 days of ordering.Plants themselves were all different, 4 of them I don't already have. They were smaller than I expected them to be - I bought a similar lucky dip from another seller in bigger pots but the plants themselves were very well established, great condition, and all big enough to pot on.My biggest issue though was the fungal gnats it came with - each of the pots have a community of them, but I'm hoping with just some drying out it will be easy to manage them.It still works out good value for money, but expect what you get for the price.

Of the 6 plants I received:1) Doing okay. It's growing well but you can tell it sustained damage prior to being sent out.2) Completely dead. The plant wasn't even planted. There were just some leaves stuck into the soil.3) Completely dead. Again not properly planted, half the plant was out of the pot when it arrived.4) Forgot about this one, it went in the bin weeks ago. How they managed to send me a dead peace lily I do not know.5) It might be okay - was a complete mess when it arrived and I am trying to revive.6) Doing okay but not holding much hope.All in all it's a dreadful quality product. The packaging is a complete shambles as the plants arrive crushed and spilling out of their pots.

A good variety, well-packed, all are healthy plants.I was dubious about buying these because I have been disappointed buying plants online previously, but I will buy some more of these. Care was taken with packing and they arrived in good condition. 5 of them had roots peeping out from underneath the pot so I can tell they are established plants.Great price too. Highly recommended.Update: A year later I have purchased 6 more, these are as good as the first lot :)

Although these turned up in good condition I’m not really impressed with what I received , cactus, succulents, carnivorous plants and 1 house plant , after checking people reviews and pictures I ordered knowing I would get a mix. No where in the description does it mention that I could receive succulents,cactus or carnivorous plants.If I knew that would be in the mix I would never have purchased . … I cannot return them as there is no problem with the plants….I’ve now had to buy carnivorous plant food either that or let it die and grow lights for the cactus/succulents.This really should be mentioned on the advert.
