5 stars for product, 1 star for price
I have gluten sensitivities so using this product made from cassava has allowed me to enjoy spaghetti again. Yes, the texture and taste are a little different, but I like it just fine and have gotten used to it after 2+ years avoiding gluten. However, the price here is much higher than other places you can find it. I'd recommend doing a search online for other purchasing options (hint: think health food/supplement retailers.)

Jovial Excels at GF Pasta -- the BEST!
Jovial always brings it to the table -- their GF pasta line is amazing. Cassava flour is my go-to now that I don't eat rice products and this spaghetti is a big win. No one does a better GF pasta than Jovial.

Bowl of Starch
I wish I didn't have to write this, but I found the product to be inedible. I was careful to stir constantly while cooking to help prevent clumping and it seemed to be ok, but after draining it turned into one big lump of starch. I truly was hoping it would work as part of the strict Paleo diet my doctor has me on, but that's not the case. Tossing the second box it came with.

best GF I’ve tried
I’ve been eating gluten-free for about 9 months. I’ve tried all sorts of GF pasta but was always disappointed by the texture- I felt as though I was eating chalk or sawdust. This pasta has none of the unpleasant mouthfeel. By far the best GF pasta I’ve had.

A good alternative
It’s kind of sacrilegious to say alternative to pasta, which there is no such thing, but in the scheme of things it’s sort of like whole wheat pasta. Something like the taste of cardboard but if you have a good enough sauce it’s doable. Don’t even consider leftovers, throw it out….it turns to mush. After all that, I do eat it and my husband likes it but I wouldn’t use him as tester, he’ll eat just about anything. If you truly want to go outside the pasta realm it’ll fill the bill. They have spaghetti and penne. We do low carb and cassava flour has carbs but they don’t act the same
