Artificial color used
I do not have previous experience of consuming or cookin millets, but one thing which I noticed but not mentioned in any of the review is....these millets are artificially colored, one have original color , other are green, rust , yellow.....when u soak it in water ,they start releasing the color and after some hour and 2 3 wash u will realize that it has changed its color completely. So I thought they are simply polishing it and all packets are not the original one

5 Minor Millets from The Millet Company - very good quality
I ordered this yesterday & received it this morning. Delivery was very fast & the package was double packed securely in two cartons.Each of the millets (1kg each) are individually packed & sealed in good quality plastic packets. There is no chance for spillage. Also, each packet is labelled nicely with the correct method of cooking them alongwith their nutritional benefits.The millets themselves appear clean of any impurities. They are also unpolished. This I would know because I've been using minor millets purchased from other sources for the past 1 year in my family's diet.Thank you very much to the farmers & The Millet Company for bringing this power grains to discerning customers. 👍👍👍

quality of product / packing
Why did you pick this product vs others?:we always buy this product from south India (karnataka) it was always good quality. But when we bought same brand from UP, we found that it was full of small stones, too many of them, in fact almost each bite we get some stone in our mouth, this was disaster to eat such food, we had to stop! please pull this supplier in UP of same brand for this. looks like this product was packed with great negligence, no cleaning was done before finally packing.
