Fun to use ❤️
Recently purchased. So far I love it. Helps with balance as well. I don't use the VR just put on some music or watch TV and enjoy.

So much fun.
I don't ski anymore, but this machine satisfies the urge to get back on the slopes. It mimics the same movement and would be a good way to give one the feel and the rhythm of skiing down the mountain. It's also good excercise for those muscles that need attention.

Commit to 5-6 uses before making a conclusion
This Aeroski machine has been in my Facebook feed and I was curious enough to want to try. I ordered from Amazon instead of Aeroski for a few reasons even though the product cost a little less at Aeroski's website. Amazon had a 90 day return window while Aeroski only allowed 30. To return it to Aeroski, customer pays shipping. Since I was not sure I would like the machine, I didn't want to commit 100% before being able to try it.I got the Aeroski and got it out of the box. I was a little overwhelmed at the assembly - but that is because putting things together is not something I'm good at. I don't even build with Lego! Even so, I followed the directions and got it together without any trouble. I won't say the directions were excellent - the diagrams were a bit small and hard to make out but the instructions were clear and the screws, nuts, etc. were clearly labeled. The first time stepping on the Aeroski felt very unstable/unsteady. The base (where you step, put your feet) moves with any motion. That takes a little getting used to.There are 3 modes you can choose from. Hands free, ski poles, or stable bar. Start with the stable bar and follow the directions which have you screw it in to the base! It gives you something to hold on to while you are climbing on, and to hold/steady yourself while you first start using the Aeroski. Then if and when you feel ready, try skiing without gripping the bar but hovering your hands over it in case you need it. Then try the ski poles or hands free. Otherwise you're likely to fall off.It took me 5-6 'sessions' with the stable bar before I felt ready to do more. Now that I'm using the ski poles, I feel like I'm getting a better workout. I can feel it in my thigh and calf muscles. The machine itself does not take up much space. About 4 feet by 2 feet floor space. And without the poles/stable bar (which detach easily) it is about 20 inches high. The foot base however can be removed very quickly, easily and then the base itself would be low enough to slide under most beds for storage. The machine is lightweight - under 50 pounds including all parts. There is some noise when in use from the parts moving, but I would not call it loud. It might be quieter than my regular treadmill actually. My AEroski came with a VR headset but I have not tried it out.I have thrown out the box it came in - since I have decided that I'm keeping the Aeroski. My primary other cardio is walking, either outside or on a treadmill, and I like the variety this gives me.

Sturdy exercise equipment
It took 3hrs to put together but worth it. Christmas gift and is used daily. 10min a day. We are still trying to figure out how to maneuver the ski poles as they are very stiff when we switch from the steady bar. Easy on the joints of you have aches and pains. Doesn't take up allot of room.

It’s ok.
This is the great machine for low impact. This took a while for me to decide to buy. Always seeing fitness models on it made it seem a bit silly, I don’t feel that this machine could get you in to that type of shape. It will help you easily lose weight, build muscle and stamina. As much as a low impact workout can do. At 55 years old and at 215 a low impact machine is what I needed. After a month, still using it and seeing results.First thing I did was purchase the 4th spring through aero ski web site, very easy with free and quick shipping. I have to solid bar in front to help with mounting the machine. At first seemed a bit sketchy, after a few times I have gotten better. While developing proper positioning and balance, there was a lot of pain. In my lower back. I found to footpads worked better on the inner slots then the outer. I have not anything information on why there are to different settings, or how to determine which one to use. Looking at how it works in the videos you would think it would be hard on your knees, surprisingly not. As you get into a smooth rhythm it is quite easy to move with flow. Took less than a week to stand up straight and relax. Then progressively started showing some results. The VR headset is a waste, however these machine is quite so TV or radio are easily heard while using it.UpsideHaving positive results from the aero ski with weight loss and general over all feeling.Down sideIt is very basic for the price. There is nothing to monitor your progress, keep count or heart rate.

Broken Spring
We have had the Power Pro for exactly one year and one of the springs just snapped the other day. It is mostly used by one of my kids who is only 130 lbs. I would expect the springs to last longer than a year.

Smooth Ride
I have a hard time finding cardio I enjoy due to my knees and lower back. My favorite cardio is rollerblading. However, with our recent move, I no longer have anywhere to go to safely and smoothly rollerblade.I recently purchased this in hopes of finding something that could come close to simulating the cardio movement I love the most. This is not a perfect fit for that movement, but it's close enough for me. I have missed the smooth ride that works the whole body. It feels good to have that feeling back.

Great Workout
Just purchased and I see people saying it’s not steady it’s the person on it . You have to step up in the center of the machine than put each foot in the stand use the handle bar if that’s the case , work up to the poles and no poles later .You need to have good form move with your hips and keep a good position and it should be very easy to get good at it . It’s perfect for balance and hip rotation and to build muscles for everything and yes sking as well. I love it and the workouts are over before I even want to stop .
