I bought these for a gift, and the first batch arrived in a box with other items and were in perfect condition. I re-ordered them, and this time they arrived in a paper! envelope, not padded, and the topping were mostly in the bag, and pieces were broken. I talked with customer service, and asked for a replacement, and he made special note not to package them in paper. They arrived once again in a nonpadded paper envelope. Still in bad shape. But they are good pretzels.

Well, first off the box that came was teeny tiny you look at it from the picture and it looks like you’re gonna get some pretty good size pretzels, but they are tiny and then on top of that they’re broken into pieces. It’s like you brought some kind of crushed pretzel mix And then the worst part they tasted awful. But the thing I hated most is when I contacted a customer service. They did nothing absolutely nothing. $14 and change I could have bought a bag at the store and been better off

This fall I was looking for something around the holidays for guests this was perfect. They tasted deliscious. They are assorted and crunchy I will always come back and buy more.

Attractively packaged and delivered as promised. Fresh and tasty.

I love these pretzels. I used to get something similar as a Christmas gift but I didn't this year... Now I understand why. I paid $15. I've seen them come down to $12. Considering the size of the package, I won't buy this again. Sorry they can't make this for less because it is so delicious!!
