good product
This is a no frills BP cuff. For a non D ring set up it is one of the better ones I have used. I am a firefighter but bought this for home use. It is just as good as the ones that we use at the fire department and seems to be accurate. I do not know what the long term durability will be but it seems to be well made and should hold up just fine for my home use.

ADC 720 vs 760 vs HenrySchein
I bought 2 different models from the same company ADC, but I'll be comparing them with the one I currently use for work. But before I bought them, I did a ton of research and read the reviews on Amazon. I couldn't decide because there were so many to choose from and all had different reviews. I initially bought the same brand (HenrySchein) for $26, but the shipping was delayed and I couldn't wait. So, I ultimately went with ADC. Now, I noticed there are 2 versions (760 for $34 and 720 for $54). I wanted to compare both of them, so I bought both. The 760 model is comparable to my old one HenrySchein. If you look closely at the pump, they're the same. I did a pumping test and both required 7 pumps, and the 720 only required 5 pumps to go up to 160 mmHg. The pumping mechanism for 720 was softer/easier on my hand. The tightness around the arm at 160 mmHg was also less. My husband said the 720 was more comfortable than the 760. And as far as the reading, my husband, who is a nurse, tested them on me on the same arm. The 720 got 99/63 and the 760 got 100/69. My norm is 90s/60s. The difference isn't much, so it's not too concerning. Overall, I went with the 720. Not only will it be comfortable for my patients, but also for my hand. I use the BP cuff almost 10x a day, so I'll gladly pay extra $20 for my convenience. I can't comment about the velcro. But I'm hoping the longevity is better than HenrySchein, which I had since 2017, but didn't use it daily for 5 days/week and 5-10x a day until mid 2023. But it started having velcro issues for a couple of months now. It's about time for me to get a new one because it was getting annoying. I'll update if it starts giving me velcro issues. I hope it'll last me at least 2 years. For the quality of the cuff, it's a little stiff, but it's brand new so I don't mind. And it has a holder for the clip like my old one, which is also one of the reasons why I chose this brand.

No problems
I am a health professional and use the cuff numerous times each day. I have had no problems and it seems to be working well. I did have another ADC cuff that worked well for a year or so then the release valve screen started plugging up. I called the company and they sent me another pump and release valve which worked for a few months and the same thing started happening. Not sure if the bladder was breaking down and clogging up the screen or what. I do like the ADC cuffs and the quality.

I have tried many others that I don't like. This one I really like
This is my 3rd cuff that I've had of this style. I have tried many others that I don't like. This one I really like. I am a home care PT and take anywhere from 7-10 blood pressures a day 5 days a week. Both of my previous cuffs lasted about 2 years each. On both the glass shield broke over time, and that's probably because I am rough on my equipment and just throw it in and out of my bag. I will recommend anytime you take a blood pressure to roll the cuff so you get all the air out (this can be a problem with any of the cuffs I have tried). I think for the money it's a great value.

Works well at first…
The bulb becomes “sucked in” just after a few uses. Not sure how to fix this or get it fixed. It will not function in this condition.

Professional quality
Everything about this shows professional quality. My RN daughter tried it on me vs a mercury vial cuff (the absolute standard) and it tracked perfectly. Electronic engineer here and most of the electronic ones either are crap or will be crap. I recommend using this, stethoscope sold separately, and have a very nicely made analog gauge that you'll get more accurate readings with once you get the technique down 🙂
