CalExotics, Optimum Series Advanced Automatic Smart Pump

In order to combat problems caused by a radical prostatectomy I purchased this model years ago and it worked for a long time. I have just purchased another one to finally replace it and it quit in a couple months. It will run but not pull a suction. From the beginning the buttons didn't work as they should but it was usable. I'll never buy this again.

Amazing suction and very easy to use. Buy it and try it out and you won't be disappointed.

This product was defective, did not work properly, was defective and now cannot process a return or replacement!! What a joke!! Terrible customer service!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The instruction manual was terrible too. DO NOT BUY!

Charged it up and it broke. Total waste of money.

I bought this as part of my recovery after a radical prostate removal for cancer.It produces good vacuum, but the rest of the process is kind of terrible. The biggest complaint I have are the seals, of which there are two.The first one is just a flexible latex/plastic cover with a hole in it. That never worked well for me, struggling to produce a good seal and because it is very flexible, it can often expand and pull in surrounding tissue that you aren’t trying to enlarge.The second one is a sleeve made out of some jelly-like material with a small hole that runs through it. I guess it’s suppose to provide some kind of pleasure or pressure? It also magnifies the size of what you put in it which might be flattering, but makes it harder to tell if you’re actually getting the desired effect. This sleeve initially worked better than the other one, but after a few uses it started getting sucked fully into the vacuum tube, as if the lip section of it (that should hold it in place outside the vacuum tube) is weakening.Honestly it’s probably a 2-star review but the battery life is pretty good and it definitely produces plenty of suction.

When I received the pump it work good then after a week one of the buttons feel out, but Amazon only gave a week to return so I just used a chop stick to push the button....then it got very difficult to charge..had to wiggle the plug to get it to charge, the it quit charging all together. I guess I will try product support...disappointing 😩

Has good vacuum just kinda hard to operate But does Work!
