I’ve probably replaced my canopy about every 3rd year for the past 20 or so years, and this is by far the best fitting and looking one yet. Velcro ties were long enough to go around the frame. This was an issue with prior canopies Nice addition of cord ties on the corners. Color looks great, Great value for the money.

Fit perfectly on our 10 x 10 gazebo that lost it’s top in a storm last year. It put up a good fight! We did add a few more grommets for security, we had the stuff here anyway. We didn’t even know if you could just purchase a top. The previous year we had lost the entire steel frame as well. BenefitUSA’s replacement top has been great. Not a single problem all year. My husband was going to take the top and netting down the beginning of November and I said I thought we might have a couple more fires before we would have to take it down, so we left it up. 1 week later, no fires, snow storm, the frame is bent beyond use but the top is not ripped. There is 3 ft of snow on top of it and the top is collapsed but you can still see the point. It is still on the frame and approximately 4ft off the ground. You know it survived! No rips anywhere. We went to work, came home, and in our absence the top did finally rip. It was holding an extremely heavy amount of snow, even to hold it at all is quite a feet. Unfortunately we do not allot enough prep time in the am to include shoveling off the gazebo! Guess it’s a whole new one again. Starting to considering building a wooden structure!

i did not like the fact that the little canopy topper was the incorrect size for the frame i had. the rest of the canopy fit perfectly so i just made do and added extensions. it worked perfectly. the other thing i didnt like was that it's not as sturdy as my first canopy, of canvas. and it has grommets placed in the top which allowed a bit of unexpected rain in. i don't see the reason for them but i'm sure there is one. other than that, i'm quite satisfied with the purchase. for the price, i expect it to last a couple years, possible three. it keeps out the bugs, the zippers work perfectly to enclose the interior, and it's perfect to eat outdoors in. i also added solar lights to the interior to brighten up the night!

This canopy is a great find. Because of the adjustable ties on the corners, you can get a perfect fit. No leaks or drips. The top piece fit well, too, which in our experience doesn't happen very often. The entire canopy is surprisingly secure. We had a severe thunderstorm with high winds just a few days after we installed the canopy. Everything remained in place with no rips or tears. The material is strong without being rigid. Great color and quality. We will probably buy another to have on hand when this one is worn-out. When we get a full season from a canopy, it is a win. Very hopeful this one will make it May through October. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Good fit, nice as a sun shade but even light rain comes through the entire canopy.

It fits but the flaps on the edge are short and the fasteners on the corners are in the wrong spot if you have mosquito netting it's hard to get it tight

This is my 2nd purchase of this. It fit perfectly on my Gazebo and outside of Chicago it lasted 3 years, less than the original but for the price well worth it.

Honestly this cover is excellent because it does what the intended purpose was for and that was to bring shade in the backyard for us to sit down and relax but coming in the near future we going to build a attachment to the back of the house and make it a permanent structure because every year I have buy a new. I works great but when rains the water pooles just at the bottom the cover and sitting in the sun it will start to fray and after tha keep it until the end of summer and start over again next summer. I know this was kind of lengthy but the cover is very nice and sturdy.
