This is the best pre-workout if you are not stim junkie it has the right dose of caffeine and other fermented trademarked ingredients in fermented form ,This will give you steady energy and fast recovery throughout the workout .The Elite version has double dosage which is great if you are a Pro but I felt the caffeine dose in elite version affected my sleep since you are switched ON for more time especially if your workouts are in the evening
