Doctors orders
Doctors orders, they do not give instant boost but I am sure they will stabilise my health. They do have a habit of sticking in my throat, maybe they could be made smaller. Dealer always gives good service.

Hard to swallow. I have to cut them in half. I wouldn’t recommend these if you have difficulty swallowing pills as they are bulky. Everything else is good about them.

Very bulky tablet
I noticed some difference taking these but tablets are very large. I take loads of supplements but I dont think I will be able to finish these. I have almost chocked yesterday and it was very scary :( I will look for other magnesium supplements that are easier to swallow
