Great versatile product
I have been using this product for years to fix things around the house or to make hooks for all manner of things. I have also made "legs" for picture blocks that tended to fall every time someone bumped into the table they were on. I have recently had to buy a new portion because some of my hooks have stopped adhering to he surface (high-gloss kitchen cabinet). They 1st. generation has been in place for about 5 years so I think that's pretty good going for hooks that I use every single day and 10-20 times a day.Go for it and let your creativity loose

Useful for many fixing jobs but expensive and has a short shelf-life
Sugru is a self-setting mouldable glue that is as easy to use as Blu-Tack or Play-Doh, but it sets solid when exposed to the air. There is a useful Wikipedia article giving a lot of product information and history explaining exactly what it is and what it could be used for. Sugru is a product that DIYers will find very useful – but it can also be easily used by anyone who can model a bit of Blu-Tack! It is a handy product to keep in your toolbox but has the one disadvantage of a fairly limited shelf-life – about six months from sell by to use by dates. Mine arrived in January with a use by date of August – but the manufacturer recommends keeping the product in the fridge which can extend its useable life by a few months. This pack contains eight sealed mini-packs with each containing 3.5g of Sugru – quite a small amount of the product. Sugru is something you really need to try for yourself to get an idea of what its potential is, but you will probably have at least one repair waiting for it already. Sugru won’t deserve five stars for every job – but it will for many – quite expensive at around fourteen pounds for eight pieces currently from Amazon so only gets three stars for value and shelf-life; so my overall rating is four stars.

This has always been an amazing product and it still is!
I simply love Sugru, versatile and so easy to use you almost have to restrain yourself from over Sugruing your entire world. I’ve told so many people about it, they all seem wary and sceptical at first, but once they get what I’m on about ant try it they love it too. I’m pretty sure you will too.

Easy to use - does the job!
Saved lots by repairing charger cable rather than having to replace. No mess or waste. Does what is says it does.

Great but dear and short shelf life
This is a genius idea in the way that sticky tape or blu tac is genius - it's moldable putty that hardens but remains flexible so you can use it to fix broken cables, make mini hooks or stands or a whole host of other things. For the rrp though you don't get very much and it doesn't last that long - in my experience it can linger unused in the kitchen drawer waiting for you to remember that you've got it to use in case for longer than it's usable. It's good that you get a range of colours, but it's still dear - especially if you are going to end up not using it all. Good idea but make sure you use within the date (about 6-8 months) or you will find it's not useable.
