Super reliable. Very smooth.
This is my second loam. The first is still working like new after two years with almost no maintenance. I expect this one to be the same. A great dropper at a very fair price.

Best value
3rd PNW post. Best bang for buck. Set it and forget it.

Great Dropper
great replacement for my existing dropper. I was able to use my existing cabling so it super easy to install.

Quality product, if you need a new dropper
My biggest problem with this dropper is that I didn't really need it. I knew it would be an upgrade from what I had, but my stock dropper worked just fine. Ultimately, I spent the $200+ because I wanted to be able to add a little more color to this area of my bike with an orange silicone midcap ring and they have been impossible to get. I am not disappointed with the dropper, it is very smooth and feels much better than my stock one did but had I known the silicone rings would be out of stock in perpetuity I might have waited a bit on this and the accompanying lever.

Good dropper for the money
While not as smooth as the Fox Transfer, this dropper is easier to maintain, is adjustable, and well built. Doesn’t drop as smoothly for the initial part of the stroke but pops up super fast and is reliable

Did not have the cable in the package.
Did not have a cable for the dropper post in the package. It is no good without a cable.

50mm maximum slammage
One of the benefits of the Loam post is how short the minimum stack is, only 50mm, on the 150+ posts. If what you need is a 125 dropper, Tranz X Skyline post has the same 50mm stack. In comparison the Loam at 125 has a 55mm stack. I believe the two companies share the same source manufacturer/designs and their products are essentially identical.Looking forward to reduced stack heights in the future as dropper posts design continue to advance.
