Sturdy product of good quality materials. Great customer support. They contacted me and shared me the warranty details. The chair is tilted towards left a bit, but can't complaint (logistics issues). Great support till upper back. At times doesn't rolls in the direction you want, which is the only con that I see. Thanks Green soul.

The chair arrived well-packaged with no damage. Assembly took about 25 minutes with clear instructions. Right out of the box, it looked sleek and professional — perfect for a home office. I’ve used it for 8+ hours a day over two weeks. The lumbar support is fantastic and fully adjustable. The mesh seat is breathable, though slightly firm at first — it softened after a few days..VERY GOOD

The product was delivered today. I like it overall. However, I noticed that a stapler was used for the finish stitching on the push back, which I consider a major drawback (screenshot attached). The seat cushion and push back quality are just average. The chair is adjustable, which is a plus.Overall, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

When i recieved the chair i have shown that the two bolts out of three which are meant to be attached at the backrest of the seat were missing but after that i contact to the green soul support team and they are very helful they gave me the replacement of new screw set which were missing. They delivered me the new set of screw in under 8 days

It's nice but built to a cost. Won't give you premium experience. But for the price it's value for money. Quality is good, feature set works well, but not made for heavy people above 100kg. Cushioning could have been better but as I said it's built to a cost. Plastic is okayish. Colour is nice. Recline is also good. But I don't think it's going to withstand the power of time, max 3-5 years I guess but for the price, that time period without any hiccups is also good and will be worth it.
