Non stick and perfecr
Bought these to make mini Bundt cakes for a baby shower, and they were a huge hit. Nonstick is the only way to go.

Once I figured out the right amount of batter, these came out perfect.I used Pam first Then, I used a medium pampered chef scoop. After baking, I let cool for one minute and then flipped the pan onto a cooling rack and they came out great! Frosting in the middle was the perfect amount.

Doesn’t disappoint
Wilton products are superb and these molds are deeper than other brands I’ve used. I like the larger size as I make quite a few mini cakes and freeze them and the indentation allows for a filling plus fruit as a topping or frosting if needed. I made five different recipes and everyone baked evenly and came out of the mold perfectly. I use a light spraying of Baker’s Joy in the molds. I purchased another 2 Wilton fluted mini pans. These cakes are great for bake sales. My plan isto try other good items such as crab cakes in the future. They will not disappoint. I tried silicone molds but they didn’t bake evenly and broke apart.
