No they are not warm. If the temps are above 50F, they are comfortable and great at protecting your hands. However, these gloves will not keep your hands warm when the temp approaches the freezing point.

Hi do these have touch screen capabilities?

Technically no, BUT after a little bit of use yes, I assume due to wear enough heat transfers to the screens for it to register input. That’s actually the Reason I buy these gloves and only these gloves. The material used for Touchscreen compatible gloves never holds up in my experience.

Is these gloves washable?

Not sure if they IS, but they ARE washable.
