Best shapewear I can find.
These Flexees are awesome. I have worn them under jeans etc, but generally, I wear them to work under trousers. I am a professional and these under garments help smooth out your upper thigh and buttock area without leaving any ugly seam lines on the behind. Most importantly, though, I can go all day without having to fidget with my underpants (I am sure all you ladies are familiar with the pulling and pinching that goes on there). As an added bonus, they make you look a bit thinner.I have bought the 2x for a more comfortable, relaxed fit. I generally use this size fore leisure (around the house and grocery shopping etc), almost as if I were wearing a comfortable pair of boxer shorts beneath my clothes. (I hate the wear traditional panties ride up) But, if you want a snug fit to smooth the lines of your body, don't go a size up. Stay true to size. For me, wearing between a 16 to 18 jean size, the 1XL seems to do the trick. At 16 it's perfect; at 18 it can be a bit snug, but some of you might like that fit. In that case, they are body shaping, but still not as tight as the famous brand shapers we find in the store. I truly believe those cannot be healthy for woman as they are so confining. All in all, I love this product and cannot do without them. They do NOT ride up on the thighs like many others do. They are relatively affordable. And, no one will ever know you are wearing them.

Another great Maidenform undergarment. Highly recommended to prevent thigh chafing and to wick sweat in hot weather
I'm a big fan of Maidenform's shapewear. It is high-quality, predictable sizing between styles, and less expensive than the big-name shapewear like Spanx. I like Spanx, too - but Maidenform has similar quality for lower prices. I have the Maidenform Flexees seamless hi-waist thigh slimmer - that thing is great for shaping and smoothing and sells for about twenty five or thirty bucks here on amazon. I ordered these shorts to use as something to keep my chubby thighs from rubbing together, since I really love skirts and dresses, really hate shorts (and pantyhose), and I really like walking without chafing or having to dig shorts out of my crotch. I didn't want the more restrictive smoothing/shaping properties, and I was worried about muffin-top at the waistband, so I went up from my usual Medium (I'm a size 10/12 dress/pants) to Large. These are lightweight, breathable, and very stretchy, so I can forget I'm wearing them under skirts/dresses. Perfect as a leg-slip. Another great product from Maidenform, and shipped quickly from Amazon Prime. So I'm giving them a 5 out of 5, since that's exactly what I wanted. For reference, I'm a size 10/12 dress/pants and the Large is very stretchy and doesn't roll up or down. My Medium Maidenform garments also stay in place, but offer a tighter fit with more smoothing/shaping.

Fit and fabric have changed
I've been wearing this style for several years and love them! They are very cool and comfortable with just a touch of smoothing. However, this most recent purchase has been a hugh disappointment. The fabric is slightly heavier and slicker, which I don't like because it tends to make my pants and skirts twist around. Also, the XL which fit perfectly before squeezes me in all the wrong places and feels more like a L. I cannot recommend them anymore and will have to start a new hunt for my perfect pair :-(

No smoke, no fire. Thighs won't rub together.
My own belly causes the waistband to roll down from time to time which is annoying. And they make a swish-swish-swish sound from my non-thigh-gap thighs when they rub together when I walk. BUT they are pretty comfortable and the legs don't roll up. I have other undergarments that fit in the waist but roll up on the thighs. So while not 5-star perfect-worthy, these are a solid 4-star and my go-to undergarments for under dresses at work. My goal isn't so much about tummy control (because I gave up on that 20 pounds ago!) but it is on keeping the smoke from forming between my thighs as they rub together when I walk. And these do that perfectly. I suppose if I dropped a few stone, these would make my belly less rotund, but that's on me - no shapeware in the world will be able to hide these pounds, LOL!

Be warned - this shapewear is NOT good for any real shaping
Be warned - this shapewear is NOT good for any real shaping. It is far too thin for that and really doesn't do much to suck things in. However, if that isn't what you are looking for then these are realllllly nice. I just wanted something comfortable, that would be easy to slip on and off, for wearing under dresses and skirts to ease the chub rub. These are absolutely PERFECT for that! They are so light and thin that I think they'll be comfortable enough to wear all day long. The don't dig in anywhere, are nice and long so they avoid the sausage leg look that you can get with some shapewear. So if you're wanting something to just make walking during the summer months a bit more comfortable then go for these - its hard to beat them at their price too. But if you're wanting something to do more shaping for a formal event or something then you'll want to look elsewhere.Height: 5'7Weight: 190Size ordered: XLFit: Comfortable, could have easily gone down to an L but for what I was looking for bigger was better

A wardrobe staple!
I first bought this style/brand from a brick and mortar store but the band was starting to wear down (cause I wore it ALL the time). So decided to do some digging to find the same thing online (it was TOUGH reading the label, it was so worn). Was a little anxious about getting the style/size right but I was so happy when it arrived and it was exactly what I was expecting! Fits well and gets the job done. I wear a BUNCH of dresses and skirts so this is an absolute essential! The ONE weird thing is that I bought both the tan and the black ones and for some reason the tan ones started getting holes along the seams at the rear whereas the black ones are still totally intact. Same style/size, so not sure why the difference.
