Q: If it’s not removable how can the tool be repaired if the need arises?

Our repair center's are equipped with special tools for removal should the need arise.

Q: Can i turn off remotely?

You need to have it connected via Bluetooth with your phone and then you can turn the tool on or off. On my 899 impact, the only thing that works is the led light with the tool off.

Q: Will this work with any of my Dewalt cordless tools?

The DEWALT DCE040 Tool Connect 20V MAX* Connector will work with DEWALT 20V MAX* tools and batteries.

Q: Can this connect to one of the charging ports on the DCB1800?

No, you would attach it to a tool and then the 20v battery would charge the connector once inserted.
