This meter does not test for pH or Ozone. I bought a cheap pH meter off Amazon , model ATC, a yellow and black rectangular meter, about $10 with shipping, for the pH. I haven't done anything with ozone. The ORP meter tests water temperature and ORP. I didn't buy the calibration fluid which I'm going to have to buy. The first reading was -255 and the next reading a couple of days later was about -20. I don't have any way to calibrate it and the reviews say you have to calibrate regularly. Hope this helps.

On all ORP meters I have received, over the last 10 years, when you turn it on, the meter will read between 200 and 250. This is normal. Keep the ORP probe wet. Get your self a calibration solution to check and adjust the calibration. This meter comes with a small piece of sand paper. the meter probe needs to be wet sanded once in a while. If you can smell the Ozone in the water the meter reading should be at least 700 ORP.

Q: Does the meter have an on & off switch?

FROM HM DIGITAL: Yes, the ORP-200 have an on/off switch and it's located on the front of the unit. In order to properly turn the unit on, you will first want to remove the cap and then press the `ON/OFF' button. The display will become active.
