LOVTRAVEL New 660nm LED Red Light and 850nm Near Infrared Light Therapy Devices Large Pads Wearable Wrap for Pain

I have been using this for a long time (over a year) wrapped around my legs and feet. I can only assume it's helping my circulation but I have never found anything to help the tingling and numbness of my feet and legs. I had originally made a cardboard backing I attached it to so I could sit on the floor with my legs through the cutout in the backing and used it for my upper body. I later just used it for my legs and feet.

I actually bought this for my dog when he hurt his leg. He laid quietly on the couch every day while I held it in place. He healed up nicely. When I hurt my back, i thought I’d give it a try. It’s wonderful! It gets pleasantly warm, but never hot. It’s easy to use and with the Velcro strap, it can be applied to just about any painful area. One of the first things we pack when we go camping and it gets a lot of use at our house. Definitely worth the money, and I have recommended to many friends.

I drive a semi and back pain is part of the job. Red light, near infrared therapy has been better than just a heating pad. I do recommend it and this pad works very well for me

The replacement model seams even better than the first.The power button is less sensitive and does not get turned off when you move. A huge plus.6/25 When the item first arrived it was fine except for the off on button being on the back, which I see they have now updated.However, it's been 6 months since I bought it and now the off on button is not working and the device sometimes turns on setting one when plugged in and sometimes does nothing at all.There is a warranty, but I can't find where to contact the seller.

I’m conflicted on how to use this product, as the instructions don’t match up with the product.It says when you plug it into the AC socket the button illuminates red. Mine illuminates green.It says to press the power button to turn the device on, then press again to cycle the modes. It says to long press to switch on/off. This swaps modes for me. Mine turns off by cycling through four times.It says in always on mode, the indicator light is yellow. Mine is green.It says:“a. Press once only the red LEDs will be on and near infrared off.b. Press again only the near infrared LED are on, and red LEDs off.Note: that infrared light is invisible to the human eye so it may appear that the LEDs are off when in fact the infrared is on.c. Press one more time all LEDs turn on.Cycle in turn!”This is where it gets very confusing because it doesn’t seem to match. Mine goes like this:Pressed once, the LEDs light up. Pressed again, it says they should go out but it’ll still be on, but instead it gets slightly brighter. Pressed again all LEDs go out, which would lead me to believe that’s the “only near infrared” mode. But that’s the third mode for me, but the instructions say it’s the second. I don’t know which is which of the other two modes, which is very frustrating.It then says in pulse mode, the indicator light is yellow. Mine is blue.This makes using the device really confusing for me. I don’t really know which mode is which. For how expensive this device is, this is really disappointing that they couldn’t make sure the instructions were correct.

The company is based in China so I was hesitant about the product support. The item description said that they offered 1-year replacement and support so I tried it.I purchased it almost eleven months ago. It worked initially and then I hadn't used it in in several months. When I tried it, yesterday, the red lights weren't turning on. I reached out to support and they responded. We had a few messages back and forth with troubleshooting tips and they successfully helped me to resolve the problem! It is working again!

I have had this one day - I like it and it helps - but the power remote part squeals - the whole time. So I will be sending this back.
