Very soft cloth bag that measures 24” by 3” (round) and flattens when empty.

Will a thick wireless mic fit in the mic clip?

I doubt it. I have a Shure mic that came with a small screw on handle and slides right into the holder. Anything bigger probably wouldn’t fit.

can this stand be used for the upgraded usb condencer michrophone?

Depends on the weight and position, vertical or horizontal, this is not a heavy duty unit.
